Alianna walked out of the gate into the main part of the airport, excited for what is coming. Edwin finally convinced the innocent girl to move to Los Angelos with him. She had put it off for many reasons such as her being too young, school not being finished and not having a way to support herself. Those reasons instantly became invalid due to Alianna turnning 18, graduating high school and complaining to her friend about living with her overprotective parents.
The curly haired boy Ali had known since her Pre school days came walking towards her with his award winning smile. As always. Alianna smiled while admiring her friend who had a very intense glow up since the last time she's seen him in person. After running towards him as fast as she could while also dragging her bags and luggage's behind her, Ali engulfed him into a hug that spelled love and longing which he quickly reciprocated.
After a few long minutes of holding each other the pair finally let go. Before Ali got a chance to get a word out the Dominican boy said "we can catch up later, everybody's waiting for you". 'who is everybody' Alianna thought. Alianna has always been shy and bad at making friends unlike the brown boy standing in front of her. Of course she wanted to meet Edwin's friends but times like these were when her social anxiety kicked in. She could make friends with every person she meets online but when it came to face-to-face contact she would always avert. But she pushed her feeling aside and responded with an 'okay'. The two walked out the airport hand in hand complaining about how heavy Ali's luggage's were.
The two curly headed friends arrived in front of the "PRETTYMUCH" house. Alianna nervously looked at Edwin for reassurance letting him know her nerves were getting to her. "It's gonna be alright Ali, trust me, your gonna love them" he said before getting out of the car and proceeding to drag her things to the front door. "You can do this Ali, you got this, there's nothing to worry about" she reassured herself. By now the sun was setting and was the perfect time to take pictures. 'Why not take some flicks to remember my first day in L.A' she thought. "Hey Edwin you mind taking some pics of me", "Of course" he cheesed. After posting the best ones in Instagram. She marched up to the front with confidence she didn't know she had. "Lets do it" Ali said cheerfully. Edwin rushed to go escort her into the house.
"Wow" was all she said when she entered the dark house. The living room was filled with people conversing about things she had yet to find out and the kitchen was stacked with liquor bottles and food 'only god knows how they got all that' the girl thought to herself. "Hey ya'll" Edwin yelled to get people attention, which he did, "She's Here"! People then started walking towards her in a calm and friendly way which made her feel a lot better. The first person to correspond with her was a slim boy with long and lucious blonde hair, "Hi I'm Austin, Edwin's band mate" he said with a smile that made her feel comforted. She gave the boy a hug while responding with "Alianna, Nice to meet you".
Alianna had then met Brandon who seemed like a really nice guy she didn't pay too much attention to him. She was too focused on the guy behind him. He had brown luscious hair and a jawline so sharp if she touched it she thought it might cut her. After saying her greeting to the boy with glasses the guy she had been staring at for so long approached her. "Hey, I'm nick" his voice was soothing and he had a slight accent that she couldn't quite figure out. "I'm Alianna" she said lost in his chocolate brown eyes. "I know" he said caching her by surprise for a split second. He noticed her face and then continued with "I'm one of Edwin's bandmates he talks about you a lot, everyone here is here to meet you, he speaks very highly of you". 'Damn everyone? I never realized Edwin would have so many friends, well it's Edwin so when I think about it I'm not very surprised' she thought.
She took one look around the room and thought'wow, this is gonna be a long night'.
