Alianna couldn't help but stare at Zion while he drove. There was a comfortable silence between them as soft r&b played in the background. "Wait, where are we going?" Alianna asked, realizing she had no idea where she was going. He smiled and told her they were going to walk around the grove and then probably get some dinner afterwards. She nodded, secretly being way too excited to be spending the day with him. He smiled and intertwined their fingers, while resting them on the middle console.
They had arrived at their destination after what felt like forever. He got out the car and opened her door, helping her step out. She mumbled a quiet "thank you". He softly grabbed her hand, as he did in the car. She loved the feeling of his large hand holding her's.
As they walked around and went into each store they ended up learning a lot about each other. Zion could listen to her sweet voice talk for hours, about anything and everything. Alianna had been surprisingly very comfortable talking to him.
Hours pass by and they were both so wrapped up in each other that they didn't even notice how hungry they were.
"Can we get food now" said a very hungry Alianna. Zion sighed, thankful she said something. "Yes, i'm starving"
He had taken her to the cheesecake factory. She loved everything about this restaurant and didn't hesitate to tell him.
During dinner it was obvious Zion was up to something. He would lay his hand on her thigh and ended up sitting extremely close to her in the corner booth they were sitting at.
Alianna liked Zion, a lot actually. But she wasn't ready for that. She even questioned if he had only asked her out to get her in his bed, but she set that thought aside.
Although Zion did want to hook up with her, he would've respected it if she didn't want to go there yet.
As they arrived at his car, after dinner he leaned in. She knew it was coming and she was honestly ecstatic. His lips were soft, and made her feel warm inside. Her deepened the kiss, resting his hands on her waist. She unwillingly pulled away, knowing where this was heading.
He looked at her with a confused look. "Did i do something?" he questioned. "No, i'm just, not ready for that yet" she explained.
He nodded with a smile. Understanding that maybe he was moving to fast. He kissed her cheek, and help her into the car.
The car ride home was great, they laughed and sang as if they knew each other forever. They walked into the boys house with smiles on their faces.
"Goodnight Ali" he said. He gave her one last kiss, before walking away into his room. They both fell asleep with smiles on their faces, dreaming of each other. •☽♡☹☆•
