"Breakfast for you." Rowena set down a plate in front of Castiel, his eyes examining the great smelling eggs and bacon. She added a glass of orange juice with it before sitting across from Castiel.

"How'd you sleep?" She asked, resting her chin on her hand, her eyes watching Castiel take a bite of bacon.

Castiel shrugged, "Fine. Why?"

"We'll be very busy today and I want to make sure you're well."

Castiel nodded, "I'm good."

Rowena watched him carefully, taking in all his details like she hadn't already; the cute fluff of his hair, skin perfect and creamed, and his eyes, the beautiful blue gems.

"Today's important, Castiel. You do know that, right?"

He did know. This was the reason Dean had brought him in the first place.
Tomorrow morning they'd be gone and away from each other, but Castiel wasn't sure if he.. Wanted to leave so soon.

"What is it?" Rowena broke his train of thought, Castiel taking another bite of his food.

"Nothing."

She smiled, moving a hand and placing it over one of Castiel's, "I don't bite, Castiel. Tell me what you're thinking."

Castiel sighed, "I just know today's really important for Dean, thats the reason were here in the first place and I'm afraid I'm going to get in the way." Castiel's eyes were stuck this food, "I dont know a thing about what what he works as or the company and how am I supposed to be a good example if I'm walking in unprepared."

"Don't stress to much, it's going to be fine."

"It's not going to be fine if Dean ends up hating me more then he already does. What if I mess up and he never wants to see my again?"

"You've got is all wrong."

Castiel raised an eyebrow at Rowena.

"Yes, today is very important to Dean, but so are you. Dean's not the best at showing his feelings and I'm sure you can agree."
Castiel nodded, because he could definitely agree and Rowena continued, "He likes you, Castiel...  a lot and," Rowena turned Castiel's arm, exposing the black ink, "This means a lot more than you think."

Castiel studied the black thing on his arm.

"Well it really does seem like I only get in Dean's way, with Adam and all that. We were supposed to have our alone time, that's how Michael had put it, but it only seemed to make things worse."

Rowena grinned, "I disagree, because yes, there were some errors, arguments, but that's how a bond forms."

Castiel pursed his lips, finally coming clean, "I heard him on the phone with Sam Monday night. He was talking about me. He said he hated me. That if he could, he wouldn't marry me. He says I only get in the way and that he doesn't know why Sam's my friend."

Rowena sat back in her seat, "He wouldn't do that.."

"Well he did and-"

"We're home!" Nick ran into the kitchen, a lollipop in his mouth, Dean walking in a few seconds later, holding a football under his right arm and his shirt drenched in sweat.

"You two were busy weren't you?"
Castiel had to keep himself from starring at the way Dean's T-shirt stuck to his body, he looked delicious.
His almond hair sticking to his forehead.

"This little kid tired the shit out of me." Dean puffed a breath, licking his lips, mostly because he knew Castiel was watching him.

"I can see that. Don't tire yourselves out too much, boys. Especially you, Dean."
