Kenzie's point of view
John explained to me that his family does not truly love him. Sometimes when someone asked Johnny's mom about her family, she barely mention anything about Johnny because she feel 'ashamed' for having a 'useless' child like John.
I never thought his mom would do that, but face reality, John told me that.
He often think that only his siblings can do something really useful, but in my perspective, i don't think johnny's siblings is success yet. Not gonna lie though, they have a really good job but that does not mean johnny can't succed.
"John, do you want to go hang out someday?" I asked. I want to hang out with him only but it would be weird if i say it a 'date' so i rather just say 'hang out'.
"Only two of us..?" He said being unsure.
"Ya" i replied while pouting. I don't want to get rejected so i used my puppy eyes too, to convinced him.
"Then... that's called 'a date' sweetie"
I giggled and slap him playfully for calling me 'sweetie'. It's been a long time since someone actually pay attention to me. Like Maddie is close with me, but she barely spend time with me.
The last time i had boyfriend is two years ago, and not gonna lie but i miss having a boyfriend. I mean like, it's fun to be in a relationship because the guy will give you so much attention.. sooo..
"Fine, what do you want me to call you?" He chuckle and look into my eyes.
"My name you dumbass" i laughed again. Isn't logic though? Like everyone want to be called by their name.
"Are you sure you don't want me to call you, baby?"
I slapped him again.
"Why you slapped me, honey?"
Smack!
"Sorry baby"
Smack!
"Finee i stop"
I smiled.
We continue talking and playing with each other for the rest of the day. I feel so comfortable around Johnny now.
It's like i know him for years already. I cannot say i like him though, cuz i cannot tell my sister like 'hey sis, i just date a delivery guy' it would be ridiculious!
