It's been a couple of weeks since sasuke forgave itachi, kakuzu and hidan had died by a group of konoha ninjas. Shisui was pretty sad but had others things to worry about, like itachi.

Itachi have been getting worse each day, he's been coughing up more blood and getting paler. Shisui was really worrying about him, the medicine hasn't been working and he's in a lot of pain.

Currently itachi was out on a mission with Kisame, shisui was out with sasuke the two of them hanging out.
