The next day was a Saturday. I got up at 7:00 like I always do on weekdays, but I barely got any sleep that night. I was too busy thinking about the curse, and the fact that me and Potter might not have to be enemies anymore. I smiled at that thought as I got out of bed, got dressed, and went to breakfast.

"What happened last night at dinner?" Pansy asked as I we sat down for breakfast.

"Yeah, mate, you rushed out of the Great Hall before we could say anything"

I didn't say anything and started eating. Well, I couldn't say anything, but I ignored them.

I ate my breakfast quickly, and went to find Harry, despite the protests of my friends, as I had not bothered to tell them where I was going. To be fair, I wasn't going to a place, I was going to find Harry.

I soon found Harry sitting by the lake, and sat next to him quietly.

It took Potter a minute to realize that I was there. "Malfoy." He said, surprised. "You're not with your friends?"

I shook my head. Do you think you can help me with something? I wrote on a price if paper.

"Draco Malfoy asking Harry Potter for help? Hmm."

I gave him a questioning glance.

"Just didn't expect it. Although, I didn't expect you would want to be friends, either, so, I guess you're just full of surprises"

I sighed and mouthed 'so?'.

"Maybe. What do you need help with."

I glared at him, hoping that his tiny brain could process what I could possibly want help with.

"Oh, right, you were cursed"

Bingo.

"Okay, I guess I'll help you, Malfoy. Meet you at the library after lunch?"

I nodded, and mouthed, 'thanks', before standing up and walking back to Hogwarts.

I went with Pansy and Blaise to our common room, and we played wizards chess, before leaving for lunch.

I ate lunch quickly, the wrote a note saying 'See you at dinner', and walked quickly towards the library.

I got there before Potter did, so I continued to read my current book.

He sat down across from me, and tapped his foot impatiently. "So, are we going to get started?

I nodded and wrote, I'm pretty sure the spell I'm under is the liplock jinx. The only way I know of, is to kiss the person you like the most, you know, like that, but I'm not doing that, so we need to find another solution. When I was done writing, I turned the paper around so he could read it.

He sighed. "Why can't you just kiss her and get it over with? Then we wouldn't have to spend our time trying to find an alternative solution that may or may not even exist!" He paused, then added as an afterthought, "you are a lot less annoying this way, though."

I glared at him, and in response to his question wrote, If I kissed them, they would probably hate me. And at least it's possible for me not to be annoying, unlike some people!

Harry laughed. "Most of the Slytherin girls are obsessed with you. I think she would die of happiness or something" he rolled his eyes.

Who said anything about Slytherin? Or girls, I thought.

"Fine. Let's get some books then" He grabbed see books, then jumped to try to get some from the top shelf.

I rolled my eyes and used magic to float them down to the table.

"Right", he said, then we read.
