I have never considered myself to be the type to gush about or fawn over anyone or anything, but Davis makes me smile although he doesn't smile much himself. I smiled so much today that my cheeks are still tired. I smiled so much today that I actually felt really, truly happy. I smiled so much today that Davis kissed me lightly on the lips and I thanked God that I skipped breakfast again or else I wouldn't have had room for all the butterflies.
They say if you're still awake at four in the morning, you're either in love or lonely. If I'm not asleep in one minute, I'll have to make a decision.
For the first time in my life, I don't feel alone.
