Gaten and Lizzy's apartment wasn't far away from New York in a very peaceful and quiet environment.

It's not like they had financial issues - No. Gaten grew up in New Jersey, a place that isn't busy and overcrowded at all.

When they've decided to move in together they insisted to stay pretty much down to earth yet to get something wealthy at the beach.

The ocean meant more to them than just an astonishing view; Five years ago they've met at the beach, fell in love at the beach and vowed to stay together for the rest of their lives at the beach.

The ocean was symbolizing the endlessness of their love.

Just like the other former events, they've been planning to tie the knot at the beach.
Somewhere far away, with their closest friends and family only, in the white sands between crystal clear water and a tropical forest of palms under the orange sky illuminated by the sunset.

It took them several months to finally find their perfect place in the Atlantic Highlands which was a modern yet simple one-leveled house with a classy vintage interior.

They immediately fell in love with their new place, thrilled for their new life section and new adventures to come.

Waking up next to each other everyday was something that could've never been replaced, not even that morning when the door bell was ringing hysterically.

Liz opened her eyes to find her fiancée's ocean blue ones looking into them.

„Hey."

Her lips stretched to a smile.

Their sweet morning greetings were interrupted by the door bell again.

„Ah shit!" Gaten's head hit the pillow again.
„Are you awaiting someone that early?" Liz raised one eyebrow.
„No, I'm not awaiting anybody, must be delivery or something." He remained lying on the bed before he jumped up abruptly, put his shirt on and made his way to the front door.

„Okay, who the fuck-„
„Surprise!"

His eyes widened as he spotted his best friends he hasn't seen in months standing with their biggest grins standing in front of him.

„Sadie? Caleb? I thought you'd arrive tonight." He rubbed away the sleep from his eyes as he held the door open to welcome his friends into his apartment.

„Yeah, I thought so too but this one thinks he's freaking Hamilton." Sadie glanced judgementally over at Caleb who put his hands up in defense.

„Stop being such a chicken, Sades. If it weren't for me, we'd still be driving til' tomorrow." He argued jokingly.

„Uhm, no, we'd probably be dead or in jail if you'd have got caught-„

„Guys! I was just asking, stop this bickering. Jesus what are you? Five?" Gaten cut their argument off with arms crossed over his chest.

„I'm happy that you're here! I haven't seen you in forever!" He added to lighten the mood as he looped his arms around them and squeezed them tight.

„We missed you, bro." Caleb said, hugging him back along with Sadie.

„Congratulations on your engagement!" She patted Gaten's back gently.

„Thank you, guys." That voice didn't come from Gaten - The three of them turned to face his girlfriend appearing in the hallway.

„Thank you for coming." The sweet sunshine she was, she walked up towards their friends and hugged them tightly.
