Chapter 8: We want to be by his side

Izuki passed Kagami the ball and Kagami fastened his movements and he got passed Tsugawa. Seiho didn't expect that , but that just made their guard up. Izuki randomly passed the ball and Iwamura was about to get it when blue strands of hair came into view. Then the ball got redirected and Kagami took a hold of it. Seiho was shocked and the audience starts to talk about the pass.

Kagami passed the ball to Hyuuga and he scores a three pointer. Seiho looks at Kuroko with wide eyes. Kagami went to him and high fives with each other then went the opposite direction. Seiho smirks and was getting excited playing with the adorable bluenette. Hyuuga got the ball then passed it to Kuroko as he redirects it to Izuki without Seiho even realizing it.

"What. . . Was that." Seiho was in lost of words and just stared at them unbelievably , but was still holding on. The scores from Seirin is 23 and for Seiho is 36. Seiho passes the ball to every each member then Kasuga passed the ball to Tsugawa and when he almost scored Kagami slaps his hand again. The referee gave him another foul.

"That idiot!" Rico said facepalming herself. Izuki got hold of the ball and passed it to Kuroko without anyone noticing him escape and passed the ball to Mitobe from outside the defence. Mitobe shoots the ball and they scored. They kept on playing and Seirin are keeping up. Tsugawa got the ball , but then Kuroko tapped it away from him and Izuki took it then passes to Hyuuga and made the shot.

The crowd cheered and Kagami got a hold of the ball , but can't get past Tsugawa then he saw Kuroko wide open and Kagami passes the ball from between Tsugawa's legs and Kuroko tapped it back to Kagami and he was once again been blocked by Iwamura. Kagami passes the ball from between Iwamura's legs and Kuroko passed it to Mitobe and was about to make a dunk , but it was blocked by Iwamura and his speed.

Sakamoto was about to grab the ball , but Kagami took a hold of it first and as he lands on his feet he immediately passes it to Kuroko then he redirects it to Izuki and he passed it to Hyuuga when Kasuga was running towards him. As Hyuuga got the ball he shoots it inside the hoop with a three pointer.

Kagami got the ball and was going on man to man with Tsugawa and his sweating a lot. Moriyama sat there with arms crossed and narrowed eyes. Hayakawa is sitting there on edge. Kobori sits down quietly and has a scowl on his face. Kasamatsu laying his back on the seat while Kise watches the game intensely.

Kagami passed the ball to Izuki , but got snatch when doing so. Omuro stole the ball and was about to shoot , but got stopped from doing so because of Mitobe stopping the ball before it goes into the hoop. Kagami got the ball and he fastly runs towards the opposite direction. Iwamura was going to steal the ball from behind him , but Kagami passed it to Izuki and is now being cornered by Kasuga and Sakamoto.

Izuki passed the ball and the ball goes towards Kuroko. Iwamura , Sakamoto and Kasuga's eyes widen and rushes towards Kuroko , but he already redirects it towards Hyuuga and was already on his shooting stance and he shoots the ball. The crowed cheered again , but Rico had to bench Kuroko and Kagami.

"Seirin! Member change." The judge said as Tsuchida and Koganei are ready to go. Kagami was confused , but finally understands. "Kagami-kun , Kuroko-kun , time out." Rico said as Kagami and Kuroko looks at her. Kuroko obeys and went to the bench and high fives with Tsuchida.

"B-but , coach. . ." Kagami tries to reason , but Rico glares at him and he sits down. "Don't worry , Kagami and Kuroko. We will definitely win." Koganei said and Kagami smiles at his senior and high fives him. "We're countring on you." The first years said on their minds as they cheer for their senpais. Seiho looks at Seirin and goes to there positions. The game starts again and Kagami and Kuroko watches the game.

"Coach." Kagami called out as Rico turns her head to the first years. "What is it?" Rico asked and looking at them. "Can you tell us about Koganei-senpai and Tsuchida-senpai's special skills?" The first years asked their coach and they are really expecting something big from them.
