So this is why i have never fit in, Zoe thought to herself...

As Zoe got out of bed and opened her curtains, she looked out onto the road, fog floating just on the ground. Saturday, 6th October. Today she had a shift at the diner and then she was to head to some sort of building, about half an hour away.

As she got dressed, she put on a black top, light blue jeans, a red cap with Suggs Diner, wrote upon the front. She walked down stairs and had two pieces of toast, and soon set out of the door, her brown satchel bag on her arm carrying the books her mum had given her the night before. She was still in shock, a witch. But those only existed in fairy tales, that's what everyone thinks, but they are real, they exist all around us, you just have to believe it.

As she walked in she grabbed her red apron, the same she wore everyday, with the same yellow and black outing as what was on her cap. Her pony tail swung slightly as she walked.

As she got everything set up, she put up the open sign and soon enough, as 9 am hit, people we're flooding in.

3 hours... 3 hours until she had to set off to see what this building had in store for her. She was going on her own, and to her own surprise she was actually kinda calm, like she had been doing it for 10 years

As she waved goodbye to Mark, she got into her car and drove, 32 minuets away.

As she parked up, she brought out the map her dad had given her and she tried to follow it. As she walked in, it was dark, she pulled out her phone and placed the light on to see where she was going, as she turned a corner, she saw a door.

Prof. York

'This must be the place' she says as she puts her phone away and the map, she knocked three times before someone came and opened the door

'Ah, you must be Zoe Sugg, yes we've been expecting you, come in'

Professor York, he was a old man, your typical wizard. Long white beard, old? and rather jolly, you could say.

Zoe was confused but wanted answers so she stepped inside and sat down, he shuffled around to the other side of his desk. It reminded Zoe very much of a cross between, Hogwarts and Professor Crum's from Wizards of Waverly place.

As Zoe placed her bag on the floor next to her, Professor York sat down

'So i'm guessing you've just gained your powers' he says smiling

'Erm-yes, but i don't understand'

'What's there not to understand, Zoe your a witch, your magic, you have powers, come follow me' he says standing up and leading her to a door

'Step through here, and you'll find your mentor who will be helping you, her name's Stella, don't worry she's friendly'

As she looked at him, he waved his hand as though to hurry her up but he was exited about it, she took in a deep breathe and stepped through, it was like she walked through a wall. As she disappeared, Professor York said a though aloud

'Oh, i just Love it when we gain a new Witch or wizard' he practically skipped back to his chair, a huge grin still on his face
