Momo: why? *smirks* don't you like it~

You: p-please stop *laughs* tickling me!

She stops and lays down beside me, wrapping her arms around my waist

Momo: *exhales* sorry for snubbing you y/n. that was childish of me

You: it's o-okay momo, I'm just h-happy we can talk again

Momo: you're not mad or disgusted that I like you?

You: n-no, I believe that love is love, with whoever or whatever that may be

Momo: then what if I told you that the one I love is you?

You: *sigh* you k-know I like you too, momo but there's s-someone else already...

Momo: *mumbles* if wives can be stolen, how easy can a girlfriend b be?

You: y-you said something?

Momo: huh? No no, I didn't

I get off her bed, gently push momo off me before going to the bed side and checking my phone

You: s-shit! I'm late for m-my shift!

I get up and quickly run out of the room

-momo POV-

I watch y/n run out of the room before plopping onto the bed when someone knocked on the door and I called them in

Mom-o (see what I did there?): momo dear, can I talk to you?

I sigh and rise up from the bed before sitting beside my mom on the side of the bed

Mom-o: I know what you're thinking and it's wrong. y/n won't like you more if you steal her from her current relationship

Shocked, I couldn't answer

Momo: I- I uh....

Mom-o: I see the way you look at y/n dear, it's not a stretch to see that you like her. Me and your father are okay with it. As long as you're happy and don't get hurt. But you can't change the fact that y/n is still in a relationship

Momo: then what do I do mother? I think I'm starting to love her....

Mom-o: well, you could wait for them to break up, which has a low probability of happening since y/n seems happy with her relationship-

Momo: wow, thanks for the vote of confidence mom

Mom-o: shush and let me finish. Now the second way is if you could convince y/n and her girlfriend to share y/n. that would mean both of you would have what you want. everyone wins

Momo: would y/n be okay with that?

Mom-o: *shakes head* you're asking the wrong question momo

Momo: then what's the right question mom?

Mom-o: are you brave enough to take the risk and ask her?

I look down at my hands and smile before looking back at my mother

Momo: mom, I think I might need your help

Mom-o: I'm here baby, anything you need *smiles*
