The goons charge at me but get wiped out by nomu flying into a wall from allmight's punch. He landed beside me but his breathing was uneven.
Venom: hey, allmight you okay?
Allmight: *coughs* i-I'll be okay venom
Venom: *sigh* I know you power down, dude. Now tell me how long until you run out steam?
Allmight looks at me surprised but relents
Allmight: 1 minute, give or take a few seconds
Venom: then buy me that time, I have a plan
Allmight nods and runs at hand dude and the nomu

Allmight then looked at me and nodded, letting himself get punched into some rubble
You: *breathes out* okay, v.... rampage
I felt venom's self restraint slowly dwindle into nothingness but kept some just to keep us sane. Muscles ruptured into my arms and legs and I grew bigger and stronger. I let out a primal roar and let my tongue loose as spit dripped off of it.

Hand dude looked at me with fear in his eyes as he shakenly pointed his hand at me to signal nomu to come at me. He did and I caught him in one hand biting his head off and throwing the body at hand dude. I ran around and thrashed everyone, trying my best not to kill them before piling them up and wrapping all of them in my webs.

I faced hand dude and felt myself losing the remaining self-restraint I had so I mentally told v to go back to normal. I stumbled a bit and panted letting out all the killing intent in my body before facing hand dude, I webbed his hands together so he couldn't touch me and landed a punch directly to his face.
