The Shocking Truth

-20 Minutes Before-

M/N's POV~

"I can't believe she's 15 already," I say. "It's like it was just yesterday when Maya handed a 3-year-old girl to us."

"I know," D/N says. "I'm gonna miss her too. She was a great daughter to us and a great sister to S/N. But we have to tell her today because Maya and Ray made us swear to the First Spinjitzu Master we would tell her on her 15th birthday."

"I know," I reply simply. "Let's tell her after cake time." 

-Present Time-

Y/N's POV~

"I have a question," I start, as we walk into the room. "Why didn't you get me a present? Not that I mind..."

My parents look nervously at each other, then dad said," We're really sorry but we got a bit carried away with work... What if we made it up to you?"

I looked at them and nod. Then I asked, "So what did you want to tell me?"

"Well.. Um.. You ever wonder why you have one blue eye and one red eye while your mum and I don't?" Dad asked.

"No, not really. I think its really cool. " I reply.

Mum looks ate dad nervously.

"What we're trying to say is..." Mum trails off with tears in her eyes.

"Y-you're adopted." Dad finishes.

I look at them in shock.

"You're kidding, right?" i ask still in shock.

They shake there heads, tears dripping down there faces. Then dad handed me a box. It was decorated with red and blue. 

"This will explain everything." He said.
