Twenty-eight.

I woke up first.
And we were incredibly.
Tangled together.

So I laid there.
Until.
She began to stir.

"Can we just lay here today?"
She murmured.
Curling tightly against me.

Once again.
I was shocked.
She hated being still.

Maybe she was posessed.

"Why?"

"Because mother nature
Decided to pay a visit."
She sounded irritated.

I've never known her.
To stay in one place.
For more than five seconds.

Until now.

"You need anything?"
I asked.
Almost hoping for a no.

"Yeah. I need you
To hold me and love me
And stay with me and kiss me."

She was never clingy.
But she was being so.
Right now.

And it was adorable.

"I guess I can do that."

We spent all day like that.
And her moods were everywhere.
But I dealt with it.

Because Miss Independent.
Was finally relying.
On me.
