"first day„

     Katie POV

              5:40 AM.

       The alarm buzzed. And I suddenly
        woke up from a good night's rest.
        I streched my arms as far as my
        small arms can. I pressed the alarm
        to start the day. Realising that
        it's the first day of school today,
        makes me nervous & excited.

       I get out of bed and wear my Harry
        Potter-like glasses, unleashing my
        nerdiness. I take a moment to
        glance outside, admiring the
        morning rain pouring against the
        window. I yawned and say,

       "it's gonna be a good day today."

       I head downstairs and greet mom,

        "morning ma!". i said, smiling.

       Then, I start my daily morning
        routine, making some coffee, make
        breakfast, eat and start getting
        ready for school.

         a few minutes past by..

       I kissed my mother goodbye as I
        start off the journey to the first day.
        Wearing the school uniform,
        proudly and confidently, I head
        over outside waiting for the
        chauffeur. And so right on time, it
        arrives. I go into the back seat and
        place my brown leather bag right
        beside me.

      As I wait patiently before arriving
        in school, I grab my phone with a
        black-sky cover and notice an
        unexpected message.
