King of the Princes

Kim Taehyung

Soft giggles can be heard as birds chirped high on the trees. Butterflies softly flap their wings before descending on a certain a flop of fluffy brown hair.

Squirrels, deers and bunnies surround him, occasionally giving his delicate fingers a lick. More giggles are heard.

Taehyung looks at the animals surrounding him in pure adoration. "Oh, Bunbun, did you have fun at the party you said you were going yesterday?" Taehyung says, booping his finger on a certain grey fur bunny.

The bunny excitedly bounces around him, other animal looking at the bunny with full attention. Taehyung snorts before bursting into full-on laughter.

The deers nudge their snout against Taehyung gently before trotting back into the woods. The squirrels that were making a flower crown for Taehyung places the finished product on his head before scampering up the trees.

The bunnies bounced off one after another, their ears twitching. Only a certain grey fur bunny stayed, jumping on Taehyung's lap.

Taehyung smiles at the gesture and strokes the bunny behind its ear. The bunny leans into his touch. Taehyung holds it into his hand, giving the small animal a peck on the cheeks.

"Bye, Bunbun, see you tomorrow," Taehyung says softly. The bunny does not budge from its spot. "Alright fine, fine," Taehyung giggles and continues in a whisper, "You're my favourite bunny, but you can't tell the rest, okay?"

The bunny bounces on his palm, ears twitching in delight. Taehyung then slowly puts the bunny down, the bunny bouncing away the moment it touches the ground as the sun slowly hides behind the mountain, showing the end of another day.

A contended sigh is heard before footsteps slowly exited the woods.
