Miku's POV

"As you know, my name is Kaito. Think of me as your night in shining Armor!"
Jesus what's with this guy? He acts like I want to drop my pants for him. I don't want him! I want Luka!
"Uh, let's just keep it at my body guard... Okay?" "Whatever your heart desires!" I sigh and walk out of the building. The sun was still bright as ever and I can still see the government vehicle Luka left in... It hurts. It hurt so much that Luka just left. And it's all my fault...
I'm so fucking STUPID!

"Whoa there Hatsune! Are you alright?" Kaito seems to be worried "What?" God why can't he just shut up? "Your eyes are watering... And you have snot coming out of your nose." Oh geez... I've must've been crying like some idiotic girl in those cheesey romance movies... "It's nothing."
Looking down I can see a little trail of where the tires have been. And after awhile, I began to follow them.

Luka's POV

There's this undescribable pain I feel. It's like being frozen from the insides out... I feel lost. And a little bit confused. Though, I am able to ignore it. At the moment, I'm being switched to the search of the other "mysterious" entities on the planet, it's a simple case and I'll most likely find whomever it is wandering this half empty planet.

Some agents say that it could be two humans that possibly survived the same crash Hatsune was in, which makes sense since other traces of them existing vanished the crash sight... And Hatsune did ramble on about how her crew mates were a lot younger and sometimes unreliable. Thus why she drawn the conclusion that they died upon impact.

I soon arrive at the current area we're searching. Rolling up my sleeves and stepping out of the car I begin to work on finding the two unidentified beings.

So far all I manage to find is two strands of hair and the scent of one being. Obviously, the scent is female and rather strong. I should follow wherever this scent leads to since it's stronger and most likely near by... I then start to walk. Though I need to be careful. "Miss. Megurine?" It sounds like Kaito... "Kaito?" I swiftly turn around, trying to locate the owner of that voice. When I do see him I took notice of Hatsune as well. "Is there something you need Kaito?" He shakes his head, I can feel her gaze on me... "Luka, please..."

Miku's voice sounds rough and raspy. "Miku, are you alright?" I ask in an unexpected worried tone. Looking at her now, I now notice that she is awfully tired and dehydrated. "Luka..." Her eyes watered, making me uncomfortable. "Kaito, call a vehicle to take her to a healer and get her water." "Yes ma'am!" He soon salutes me and I turn around to continue my work.

"NO!" Hatsune shouts, I can hear her staggering footsteps approach me. Feeling two arms around my waist, I couldn't help but turn around and look ate her. "Hatsune, you are unwell and I have work to do." Her grip tightens "No... No. Don't. Don't leave me... Please!" "Hatsune... Kaito." And with that Kaito picks Hatsune up and sets her in the vehicle that just arrived. Her facial expression turns to one of pain, loss, and anger.
