Yesterday was amazing and I had the best night sleep. I was in my bed in my home in Australia with Joe they guy I loved the most.
Today I was pretty nervous. Like I was very, very nervous. Joe was meeting my grandparents. My Nanna and pop are very hard to please whenever I bring a guy home. There very over protective of me when I introduce them to a guy.
With them being very strong catholics and as it was Sunday joe was meeting them at church. It wasn't the place I wanted my Nanna and pop to meet the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with but I'm sure it will be OK.
"di, what do I wear?"
Joe asks me
He really wants to make a good impression as he knows what grandparents are like.
"just wears some black jeans and a shirt but don't make it to fancy."

Drivig up to the church I got wvn more nervous. Joe was about to meet my grandparents. Im more nervous about This than him meeting everyone else. We walk in and I hold onto his hand. Then I see my grandparents turn round.
"hello my lovw, you've gotten even more beautiful since I last saw you"
My Nanna says as she brings me into a hug. I then go over to my pop
"and youe Joseph I'm guessing"
She says looking at him
"yes that's me, it's very nice to meet you Mrs buswell"
He said to my nanna
He was so cute
"it's a pleasure to meet you joseph take a seat"
My pop says as me and joe sit down next to each other.
"so what do you think of joe Nanna?"
I aks him as I look into jeos eyes still holding his hand
"well, he's a very lovely boy and I can tell you are in love"
"awwwwww thanks nana"
I say smiling at joe
"see I told you she would love you"
I whisper to him
After the service they all went into a big hall where everyone was. Everyone was going up to dianne to see her. There was lots of stories about her going to teach andthen becoming a dance teacher in School in the UK. Everyone wanted to catchup with her and hear about joe.
"father luke this is joe my boyfriend"
I say as I introduce joe to father luke
He had watched me grow up ashehad Been at the church since I was a baby. He loved meeting new couples as a Catholic priest. It took a lot of me to introduce them to each other
"hello Joe, I've heard a lot about you my friend"
He said as they shook hands
Thanks, I haven't heard a lot about you but your a nice guy "
Joe says causing us all to laugh

Father luke questioned
" definitely not yet but definitely in the future yeah "
Joe said
It made me so happy that he said that. It means that he really wanted to spend the rest of his life with me.
