"JUNGKOOK! LISTEN TO ME! THIS IS A ONCE IN A CENTURY KIND OF OFFER, YOU HAVE TO BE THE NEXT CEO OF JEON'S TECH!"

"Father," Jungkook said calmly, biting his tongue as hard to suppress his anger, "I don't want to be the next CEO. I want to follow my own dream."

"JUNGKOOK. I told you, you can still bake! Why are you so stubborn like your god damn joke of a brother?"

Jungkook froze.

"You have no authority to talk like that about my older brother," Jungkook seethed, his eyes blazing in anger.

"And why? Why can I not talk about my dead son?" His father said, his eyes ice cold from his usual warm ones.

Jungkook grabbed the collar of his 190 cm (6'1?) father and brought him less than 2 inches away from his face.

(in case anybody forgot jungkook is 173cm or 5'8)

"The only reason I will never become CEO is that that fucking 2,500 feet building is so fucked up to an extent of him jumping off it."

Jungkook was radiating rage as he stared into the eyes of his unfazed father, no grief or pain at all at the fact his eldest son committed suicide after half a year of being CEO.

He threw him on the floor harshly as he ran up the stairs.

"PISS OFF YOU FUCKING BICTH!" Jungkook screamed before slamming the door.

He sighed, sliding down slowly off the door onto the floor, hugging his knees as he cried silently alone.

Jungkook's father groaned at the throbbing feeling in his head, rubbing the sides of his temples as he sat alone in the night bar.

He swallowed his 16th shot of vodka, smacking his lips while the alcohol scorched his throat.

Why do I always lose control every time we talk about Jungkook being CEO.. I just want the best for him. Can't he understand that?

He moaned again as he thought about the awful thing he said about Hoseok, his eldest son who passed away a few years ago.

Memories of seeing the fallen bloody body right outside the exit of Jeon's Tech building still haunts his dreams up to this day.

He looked over at the clock, flashing a bright 1:23 am.

Sighing loudly, he got up from the bar and slowly walked out, limping half the way in delusion and unaware of himself walking towards the roaring streets of Tokyo.

Because it was so dark, nobody even noticed him limp onto the road until hundreds of lights were shining on him.

A scream could be heard from behind him, "WATCH OUT!!" He groggily heard. He looked in front of him with widened eyes and felt as if everything was going in slow motion before him.

Before it all finally stopped.

....

Screams were heard everywhere as they saw the body with awkwardly bent arms and legs in the middle of the road. A pool of blood was surrounding the limp body as the sirens of ambulance came, ushering the citizens elsewhere.

"Shh.. it'll be alright, just hang in there tight," the doctors kept whispering encouragement softly even though they knew the person's chance of living was very slim as they rolled the man into the ambulance.

"I-I'm sorry J-Jungkook.." was the last thing heard from the man's cracked lips, a tear slipping out of his eye before he finally blacked out.

Jungkook stirred, slapping the table in search of his phone. He squinted his eyes at the bright light as he read the name of the caller.

"Mom..?" He murmured in confusion as he pressed accept. She usually travels around the world because she's always so busy so it's rare for her to call Jungkook.

"What is it Mom—"

"Jungkook!" She cried from the other line, "Go to the hospital now! Quickly— you have to get there before he-"

"Woah woah what's wrong mom? Who's in the hospital?—"

"Your father Jungkook! He's iN THE HOSPITAL AFTER GETTING HIT BY A CAR WHO'S ALMOST ON THE VERGE OF DEATH," She sobbed out over the line.

Jungkook's heart turned cold once again.

"What..?"
