Rosie couldn't get over how quickly the two learned to be nice to each other.
It was the same day, though it felt like it had only been five minutes. Rosie was seeing a new side of Rose, a softer side. A "I put most of my barriers down so give me cuddles and affection" kind of side. The two were probably in more trouble then they could picture, but they didn't seem to care. For these two were so in their own bubble, it was like the world didn't exist to them.
They both had feelings for each other, they just didn't know that. One girl was worried about breaking the other, the other girl is worried about not being enough for the other girl. It was confusing from an outside perspective.
Rose walked Rosie over to a quiet (safe looking) ally and stopped walking. Rose pulled Rosie in front of her. Rosie looked up at the tall brunette, her hazel eyes sparkling still, even in the dim lighting.
"What now?" Rosie asked quietly. Rose completely ignored her question and kept her eyes locked on Rosie's.
Rosie dropped the question as well and bit her lip. She felt her own eyes start to travel down Rose's face until they hit her lips. Rose licked the top of her lips quickly, knowing Rosie was staring.
"Fuck being nice." Was all Rose said before her mind went dark. Rose pushed Rosie against a brick wall. Rose wedged her right leg between Rosie's legs so if at any moment she could just lift her knee and Rosie would be in her power completely. Rose's hands were above Rosie's shoulders, pinning her against the wall.
Rose connected their lips, Rosie's gasp made Rose smile. Rosie stood in shock for a second, but her body gave in. Rose felt Rosie's hands travel to her waist, resting them there. When Rosie realized where Rose's hands now where, slowly going up her shirt, she pulled back with a smile.
"We should be getting our stuff." Rosie said, her body weak from the kiss.
"Guess your right." Rose said, letting Rosie go and backing up.
Rose pulled out her phone and did something while Rosie shifted back and forth on her feet. She looked at Rose with curious eyes as she looked up from her phone.
"Need something?" Rose asked, smirking. Rosie walked over and planted a soft kiss on Rose's lower cheek.
"Can we go now?" Rosie asked, looking at a stunned Rose. Rose felt her cheek where Rosie kissed it and froze.
Then she snapped out of it.

The two girls slid in through the backdoors, being quick and quiet. They hurried to their history class and opened the door. The room was dark and quiet, the chairs on the desks from when it was cleaned that afternoon. Rosie walked over to the teacher's desk and picked up a stack of papers.
"You got an F." Rosie said, laughing a little.
"How bad?"
"Sixty-seven."
"Not my worst."
Rosie put the papers down and walked over the bookshelf filled with random history books from each class. Rose watched Rosie as she reached up to grab something, having to stand on her tiptoes. Rosie's skirt lifted up, making Rose's heart flutter.
A few minutes passed and Rose was sitting on top of the teacher's desk, swinging her legs. Rosie hopped up next to her and yawned. Rose looked over at Rosie and hooked her arm around Rosie's waist so she could pull her closer.
"I had a lot of fun today," Rosie said, laying her head on Rose's shoulder. Rose's heart was fluttering again.
"You made it worth all the trouble were about to get in to." Rose said, rubbing Rosie's knee with her thumb.
"Awh, why do you keep bringing that up? I don't even want to think about going home right now." Rosie whined.
"It'll be fine Rosie. If it's not, my place is always open." Rose said, getting up off the desk and putting both of their bags on her back.
"Ready?" She asked the blonde, who was playing with her own fingers.
"Guess so." Was all Rosie could say before their happy blissful afternoon came to an end.

Rose dropped Rosie off at her house, speeding away when she spotted Rosie's parents on the front porch. Rosie's head swung low and she clung to her backpack strap. She could feel her parent's eyes cutting through her skin. When Rosie reached them, she slowly raised her head to look at them.
Her younger sister, by two years, made faces behind their parents. She mouthed "Rosie's in trouble!" before sticking her tongue out again.
"Why the hell are you so late?" Her step-father asked, his voice stern.
"I was out with a friend." Rosie squeaked.
"Why'd you skip school then?" Her step-father continued with his questions.
"I-I don't know, it was-"
"Who's Rose?" Rosie's mother finally said, making Rosie stop talking.
"The friend," Rosie stated quietly. "Can I just go up to my room now?"
Rosie asked before her mother gave a slight nod. Rosie walked past her family, her older brother snickering from the sofa. She shot him a glance that made him stop quite quickly.
She slammed her bedroom door and slowly slid against it until her bottom hit the floor. Rosie didn't like getting in trouble. She wasn't good at it. Being yelled at or being in trouble made her upset and scared. She has always been a goody-two-shoes. Rosie was changing and she didn't like it.
Then her phone buzzed from across the room where she threw her bag. Rosie walked over and picked it up, the screen bright in her dark bedroom.
New message from Rose Dix.
Rosie quickly looked at her Dm's to see Rose's message.
RoseeDix: Hey, everything go alright when you got back
