Rosie walked into her house, her parents still mad. They sent her a glare as she walked past them and up the stairs. Rosie didn't seem to notice though, she was focused on other things.
Rose was moved classes, once again for "giving a bad influence". Rosie was alone again, right back next to her 'friend'. She missed Rose and what made it worse, was that Rose wasn't around Rosie as much. The two didn't bump into each other anymore, causing them not to speak. Rosie wanted to see her again, her sweet smile when Rosie would make her laugh, even if Rose didn't want to laugh.
Then during her last class, a boy slapped Rosie's ass and called her a slut as she walked by. The girls told her to wear this skirt, even if it felt too short. Rosie was humiliated as she sat back in her seat. Rose would've beat the guy up for her, but she wasn't there.
Rosie threw her bag onto the floor and ran over to her bed. She sniffled and pulled one of her pillows to her chest, stuffing her face into it. She still hated this whole 'I'm in trouble thing'. It really wasn't her, but she also adored the time she spent with Rose.
"Hey, blondie." She heard a voice call from outside her second story window. She turned around to see Rose knocking on the window.
"Rose?" Rosie said before walking over to the window and opening it. Rose jumped through with a smile and landed on Rosie's bed.
"How did you even get here?" Rosie asked, locking her bedroom door.
"I drove you home after the party the other day."
"Damn, I barely remember any of that." Rosie said with a slight laugh. "Anyways, why are you here? Shouldn't you be out?"
"Wanted to see how Miss Try Hard was doing, but as I can see, you're not doing so great." Rose said, wiping tears off Rosie's tired face.
"No, I'm fine. Just a lot happened in school without you there." Rosie spoke quietly, with a gentle tone to her voice.
"Whatever you say," Rose said before pulling her hand off Rosie's face and getting up.
"Your family is so, clean." She said finally after a few minutes of walking around Rosie's room.
"What's that even mean?" Rosie asked, putting her blonde hair into a ponytail.
"I mean for starters, your house is massive! It's like palace compared to my house. Not to mention, but your parents are literally perfect, mine barely speak to me," She snickered to herself as she continued to look around Rosie's room. "And of course you have just the perfect life at school. Teachers adore you, huh?"
"Wait, what the hell do you mean perfect life?" Rosie asked, very clearly confused.
"You're one of the queen bee's, that gives you some high rankings in our school." Rose said, sitting back down next to me, causing me to jump up a little from the bed.
"God, is that really what people think of me? Damn, I wish I would have just ignored them." Rosie said shaking her head.
"Hey, I don't think of you like that. It's just what others say, but if their not careful, I'll knock the teeth out their rotten mouths." Rose said, making Rosie giggle.
Rose picked up Rosie's hand and played with her fingers. Rosie didn't pull back, she just leaned her head on Rose's shoulder. Rose looked down at her. She let go of her hand and lifted Rosie's chin.
Rosie knew excatly what was happening and sat in Rose's lap so she was straddling her. Rose wrapped her arms around Rosie's waist and kissed her passionately. Rosie tangled her fingers into Rose's dark brown hair, Rose making circles with her thumb on Rosie's hips. The two stayed like that for a while until they heard someone coming up the stairs. Their happy bliss was ruined.
Rosie pushed Rose into the closet quickly as the doorknob turned.
"Roseanne, the door is locked." A voice said from outside.
Ella.
"Coming!" Rosie said, looking in the mirror, her lipstick smudged. She quickly wiped as much of it off.
Rosie opened the door as Ella walked in quickly and flopped down on her bed. Rosie turned around on her heel and faced Ella. Ella just pulled out her phone and ignored her.
"Did you just come here to sit on my bed?" Rosie asked, crossing her arms.
"Don't give me that look" she said looking up, "I came to get some pictures, you're hot shit right now, Spaughton."
"Really, why?" Rosie asked, sitting on the floor in front of the bed.
Rose sat down in the closet, knowing she would be stuck here a while. She leaned her ear against the crack in the door and listened.
"Girl! All the boys are drooling over you like dogs." She said sitting up straight "Everyone thinks you're one of us now." Ella said, with a giggle.
"Guess I am." Rosie said, fading away.
"But anyway, I'm thinking.."
Rose stopped listening after that and fell asleep.

"Rose. You can come out the closet." A voice said, waking Rose up. Rosie stood in front of her with the door open, in a whole different outfit then she remembered and her make up was redone as well.
"Woah, shit." Rose said looking Rosie up and down. "How long was I out?"
"As long as Ella was here, so like, 3 hours?" Rosie said, shrugging.
"Oh shit, that bitch still here?" I asked, leaning my head back against the wall and shutting my eyes.
"Rose, maybe you should go home, you seem tired." Rosie said kindly, helping Rose up.
"No I wa-" Rosie cut Rose off by opening her window.
"You need sleep," Rosie said, motioning her arm out the window for Rose to leave.
"Jeez, alright." Rose said, pretending not to care.
"I'd let you stay over, but I'm kinda grounded thanks to you," Rosie said on Rose's way out.
"I get it," Rose said with a bad tone. Rose dug into her back pocket and motioned for Rosie to hold out her hand.
Rose softly put the object into Rosie's hand. Rosie went to look at the small thing. It was a red fabric bracelet that had a small metal fastener at the end to hook it around a wrist. The letters 'RED' were across the bracelet in black. Rosie looked up to ask Rose what it was or why she gave it to her, or even to give her a kiss but Rose was nowhere to be seen.
After Rose left, Rosie kept the bracelet on but kept it hidden under her sweaters. She pulled Rose's jacket out of her closet and remembered all the fun and adventures they had together. Rosie hated to admit it, but she was catching hard feelings for Rose. Every time they locked eyes her knees would buckle and her body would tingle. Rose's taste still lingered on Rosie's lips. She knew better than to fall for someone with such a bad reputation as Rose, but she couldn't help it.
