I was walking thru the park enjoying myself
The clear blue sky reminded me of the ocean on how blue it was
The sun beamed on my skin making me glow
I loved days like this
I smile to myself when suddenly I bump into someone
"I'm so so sorr- y/n?!" I hear and I instantly remember the voice
Brendon urie from high school aka my best friend
I look at him and we both instantly embrace each other in a hug
I felt joy tears go down my face
I missed him so much
He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist
People stare in awe but we could care less
All we cared about was each other
"I missed you so much y/n!" Brendon cries
He sets me down and I nod
"Me to Brendon" I say wiping my tears, smiling
I quickly hug him again
"So what's new?! Got a girlfriend?!" I ask and wasn't wanting the answer
You see I've liked- no loved Brendon more than a friend since 8th grade..
"No I'm still single as a Pringle.. you must have a boyfriend!"
He says and I shake my head no
His eyes go wide
"Hey.. do you wanna come to my place? We could hang out" Brendon states and I nod with a huge smile
Skip to his house
We get to his house and we sit on the couch
"Want anything to drink or eat?" He asks
"Do you have Capri su-"
He cuts me off
"Capri suns? Uhm of course I do who do you think I am" he says and I laugh
He throws me one and plops down next to me
"Hey um so I have to tell you something.." he says nervously
"What's up brendon?" I ask curiously
"I have a crush on this one girl and I just don't know how to tell her.."
My heart broke..
"Well.. try telling her how you feel and start getting closer. If she gets close make a move" I say
"Can you close your eyes?" He asks and i close my eyes
A couple seconds pass them I felt lips on mine
It was Brendon's lips
He pulls away and I open my eyes
"I- I'm s-sorry I-" "Brendon I don't mind because I like you too.." I say and he smashed his lips against mine again
I pull away shortly and he asks
"I'm gonna make if official.. will you be my girlfriend?" He asks and I nod kissing him one last time
