Kokoro was sitting at her desk, in her own thoughts when suddenly...

'Hey, Kokoro!'

She was surprised by the boy suddenly standing in front of her.

'I have something I want to give you.'

He handed her a box.

'It's chocolate. I made them myself.'

The classmates started gasping and ooo'ing at the boy's brave gesture in front of the whole class.

'Oh! Thank you!', she smiled and cheerfully took the box.

'My number is in there. I hope you'll text me later.', he winked.

Suddenly, a random girl ran out the classroom.

'That's sweet of you.'

'I'll talk to you later, yeah?'

She nodded with a smile and the boy left the class with a smile on his face.
Even though she honestly was wasn't interested in him, she still happily took the free chocolate.

Kokoro looked at the chocolates and ate one.

'He wasn't even my type, honestly, but this is a nice gesture. Now, how do I let him down gently?'

No more than 5 minutes later, three girls marched into the classroom.

'Which one of you girls are named Kokoro!?', yelled the one in front.

'There she is!', said the girl who ran out before.

Kokoro looked up and made eye contact.
