Chapter 9 Jayden, Lightning, Tanner, And Formal

I sat down on a prak bench and waited. About 3 minutes later someone sat down next to me, it was Jayden.

The second I saw him I jolted up. "What are you doing here?!" I demanded.
"Well, your here meeting Tanner right?" He asked
"Right?" I said reluctantly.
"Well you should have thought twice before you tried to kill me!" He shouted, He raised his hand to shoot Lord only

knows what. He was about to let it go, (LET IT GO! LET IT GO!.... Sorry umm bad timeing) I put up my hands in

deafence when a sparkle of lightning flashed from my hands and Jayden was thrown back against a wall. Lightning?

What is happening to me? I looked at my hands for a minute then Jayden started to get up I turned around to run

when I saw Tanner standing right behind me. I will never forget the look on his face right then and there I knew he

had seen me use the magic that I suposeivly couldn't use.
"What the hell?" were the first words that came out of his mouth. I looked at him, he looked at me. "Wait are you? Are

you the Alpha?" I turned around to see Jayden stumbleing to his feet "Yes." I said quietly
"Get down!" He yelled. I fell flat to the ground, a blast of ice had been thrown straight at us.
"Might we move this conversation to a better place?" He asked
"Agreed!" I said jumping to my feet we ran off
"Let's go to my house." I said with out a second to hesitate we turned down the street twards my house. When we got

there we ran in side and up the stairs to my room I jumped on my bed he sat down right beside me.
"Ok so your the Alpha?" He asked tiredly.
"Yea." I said simply.
"How do I know it wasn't a trick of the light?" He asked myseriously.
"Cause I can prove it." I said I closed my eyes and imagined a ball of fire in my hand, I gave it a reason to appear, and

then I thougt of a kitten when I opened my eyes there stood a kitten made of fire. I then recalled my magic and like

that it was gone.
"Why didn't you tell me this?" He asked me
"Well, because I wasn't suposed to tell anyone and then when Jayden showed up I felt like I had to tell you, I wanted

to tell you but we were going to be late for class and so I decided I would tell you when we were at the park but that plan faded when Jayden showed up there." I said trying to sum up a lot in a longish sentence.
"Well the reason I said that I asked you to come the park was because I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go to the Fall Foraml with me?" He stammered you could tell he was nervouse.
"Sure." I said all calmly but I was really going crazy there were fire works everywhere in my head and no im not mental!
"Ok well I'll see you tomorrow." He siad.
"Yea see you tomorrow, bye." I said with a smile on my face.
"Kay bye." He said and then he kissed me on the cheek, he then exited quickly. I just stood there in utter shock I pinched my self then blinked my eyes a few times to make sure that I wasn't dreaming. I took out my phone and started a group chat with Emily, Amanda, and Carrie.
