As they are about to enter the next gate, everyone except Justin and Sawyer is blocked from entering.
"What?" Super John says, confused.
"Whatever. We need to go, Sawyer."
They enter yet another dark room. They can make out a faint outline of a throne, two torches, immense banners hanging from the back of the room, and stairs.
They walk up the stairs, and are greeted to the next enemy they must defeat. Torches surrounding her ignite, revealing her as the witch of the Beanbean Kingdom; Cackletta.
"Well, well, well." Cackletta menacingly states. "Who do we have here? The Superstars of the new Binary Dimension?"
"I'm not here to play games, Cackletta." Sawyer states. "Where are our brothers?"
"Ah, a feisty one, aren't you, Sawyer?" Cackletta responds.
"It's time we end this. Come on, Justin!" Sawyer demands.
Justin and Sawyer, like last time, attack Cackletta until she's weakened. Then, they deal the "final" hit.
"How could this be? How could I lose to two children?!" Cackletta fakes.
"Don't celebrate yet, Justin. We need to get inside of her and defeat her soul."
"Are you CRAZY?!?" Justin asks, dumbfounded.
"Just like Celestial Wilfre, we defeat these guys like we would in their own video games. Once Mario and Luigi defeat Bowletta, a bomb blasts them unconscious and then they reawaken inside Cackletta's stomach." Sawyer explains.
"So we need a bomb to appear?" Justin asks.
He gets his answer. A bomb with legs walks up behind Justin.
"Dude, get down!" Sawyer yells.
Both heroes get blasted and wake up inside Cackletta's stomach.
"They're still alive. But how?" Cackletta asks from within her own subconscious.
Justin and Sawyer reawaken to see a giant pink pile of clouds that is actually the true final boss of Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga: Cackletta's Soul.
"Don't forget, Justin. No matter what form this witch takes, we need to take her down!"
As Sawyer says this, the Soul gains much more power by protecting its heart with steel, and by growing an extra set of arms.
"Now we determine who the true superstars are." Cackletta's Soul declares.
"Charge!" Sawyer demands.
Sawyer draws back a barrage of magma-tipped arrows, designed to melt through solid steel. With enough power, he manages to stick them directly in the steel.
"Now, Justin! Show her the power of the Jet Hammer!" Sawyer yells.
Justin's hammer transforms into the Jet Hammer, the weapon of choice of King Dedede from Kirby Super Star Ultra. He charges it to the maximum power, and gets a direct hit in the heart.
The amount of power produced by the hammer is enough to destroy Cackletta's Soul. As the soul disintegrates, the heroes escape Cackletta's body through her mouth. The next gate opens as they reemerge to the surface.
"You two showed that wicked witch who's boss!" Flameboy congratulates Justin and Sawyer.
"Let's hurry up." Sawyer states.
The next gate speaks of a man made of sticks.
