"first in the rules on exponents when your multiplying exponents with same bases : x^n • x^m = x^n+m
for example : 3^2 • 3^4 = 3^2+4 = 3^6 = 729" chaerin explained.
"ah okay okay so you add the exponents first?" yohan asked, "oh correct nice one" chaerin said.
"in dividing exponents with the same bases : y^n / y^m = y^n-m
example : 6^4 / 6^2 = 6^4-2 = 6^2 = 36" chaerin explained.

chaerin let yohan answer something on the book and made him read other books until chaerin falls asleep while waiting
