I've always been bullied and trapped in darkness. I thought life would get better when I moved to my mother's hometown, but it only got worse because that was when I met my unrequited crush. Hayden Black.

Hayden despised me from day one. His bullying reaching a new level when I became best friends with Kayden, his twin. Kayden gave light to my life, but the short-lived happiness with him lasted only until one night two years ago.

This book changed my life in so many ways.
I won't say because it will spoil a majority of the book but I learned to be more cautious of what I say or do to the people around me, and to not judge someone.
Everyone has feelings, and not everyone like to talk about them. You don't know everything that's going on in other's life. Don't judge them for one of their action.

An action doesn't define you.
Everybody has done something bad in his life and, thank god, we are not reminded of it everyday and we are not placed under the category « bad people » because of it.
There are no good or bad. The world is composed of multiple shades of grey and we are all tainted.

You are not perfect. I am not perfect.
But let's all try to be better and see what the world and everyone has got to give.
