"Oh it's okay Mr. Im, me and Ms. Nayeon here met just a while ago." an evil smirk was so visible on his face where i mentally rolled my eyes

"A while ago huh?" her father focused on her again with this strict vibe surrounding him "i hope she didn't do anything stupid"

He mockingly said as if she always do something like that.

Nayeon sat down angrily, trying to act all formal

The assistant of Nayeon's father rose up from her seat "okay! Now we have a meeting right?. So, Mr. Jeon, if you'd like to continue?"

"u-uh yes" he took a small glance at Nayeon and cleared his throat "as i was saying..."

"thank you all for coming this day, you may all leave now" Mr. Im said as he ended the meeting where everyone

All of the workers stormed out of the room and tge outside was filled with gossips

Nayeon and Hoseok started to gather their things and headed to the door

"wait Ms. Im?" jungkook made her stop walking and got near her

Mr. Im raised his brows observing the young man's attepmts on his daughter

"yes Mr. Jeon" she turned around and mumbled at hoseok to go ahead first

"I want to ask you if you are available later on?" looking straight at nayeon's eyes

her eyes are beautiful but, hazy he thought and collected himself

"and why would you ask that Mr. Jeon?"

Jungkook chuckled and "Well, i'll be honest with you, i want to get to know you, maybe we'll be good friends" he playfully smiled and that made nayeon's heart skip a beat

"is that so Mr. Jeon? Why are you so sure about that?" she got near to jungkook. playfulness surrounds the both of them, riding each other's jokes and teases

"well, you see Ms. Im, i just got a partnership without any problem. I know it's not hard to make a good relationship between you and me" he teasingly smiled at the fine woman before him

Nayeon swear that moment made her heart beats so fast and her mind was all around

"really now Mr. Jeon? If you're really that confident, i'll gladly go on a dinner with you. But, i don't want anything fancy, i'm sick of it" she stated, mumbling the last sentence.

"not a fancy fan are you Ms. Nayeon?"

"nah" was all she said before seeing her father, still standing their.

She just then realized that he heard their conversation, and hell she was scared

Scared of what her father might think of her. Afterall, he doesn't like his only daughter being unprofessional

Jungkook noticed that the playful aura was gone and saw her face which was planted with gloom and anxiety?

He then noticed she was looking at her father

Maybe she's nervous that her father will not let her go to tge dinner? Jungkook wondered and turned to Mr. Im

"Mr. Im i'm sorry for not asking your permisson first, but may i take your daughter on a friendly dinner?" jungkook didn't noticed the disapproval on his face but nayeon did

And it scared her to hell
