Ako si Krisha Anne Salazar. 13 years old. A Fil-Canadian girl. Nakatira kami dito sa Philippines. I am a Grade 9 student.
Kasama ko si Mommy at Daddy. Complete and happy family ang Salazar family. Tuwing Sunday lang namin nakakasama si Daddy kasi lagi siyang nasawork. Si Mommy naman sa bahay lang. Malaki ang bahay namin. As in. Pero I don't mind.
"Krisha. Magimpake ka na at may pupuntahan tayo." sabi ni Mommy
"Saan po Mommy?" tanong ko
"Sa Canada. Dun na tayo titira." sabi ni Mommy.
"Ha? Mommy? Pano si Daddy? Wag nating iwan si Daddy Mommy naman eh. Wala siyang kasama." pagpapanic ko
"Anak. We have to leave your Dad."
"But why? There is no reason for us to go to Canada."
"Hay. Krisha. I think it's time for you to know. You are in the right age."
"Mommy ano un?"
"It's because your Dad cannot be with us anymore. May kabit siya and I don't think that we should stay long here in the Philippines. Every sunday lang nya tayo nakakasama kasi every week days and saturdays pumupunta siya sa kabit nya." and Mom started to cry.
"Mom. I'm sorry. I didn't mean na ipagtanggol pa si Daddy. Sasama na akong Canada. Just don't cry Mom." at pinunasan ko ang mga luha nya.
And I started packing things up for the flight. tomorrow. Yup. TOMORROW. Hay. I thought we are a HAPPY FAMILY. God damn it.

"Anak. Tara na. Malalate tayo sa flight!" sigaw ni Mommy.
"Pababa na po."
"Tara na?"
"Opo."
At we went off. Andito kami ngayon sa airport. Hay antagal.
*teng teng teng teng*
"All passengers going to Canada. The plane just arrived. Please proceed to Area 1"
At pumunta na kami.
