Kansed slowly slipped out of the warm, soft bed and made her way to the massive walk-in wardrobe. She rummaged through the many fine gowns and formal dresses until she found a light pink summer dress. She proceeded to undress while Quentis watched from afar while pretending to run the bath. He simply couldn't keep his eyes off her. Those perfect curves, the pale, delicate skin and her thick soft hair that hung from her shapely head like spun gold. And those eyes. Those beautiful, captivating eyes. Kansed smirked as she caught him staring at her. She  was sexy as hell and she knew it. She winked at Quentis and he turned away, blushing furiously and stepped into the silver bathtub, closing the bathroom door behind him. That guy was as bashful as a bunny, the total opposite of his wife.
Kansed finished applying the final touches of makeup and stepped into her killer stilettos.
"When your done in there, you can come and join me in the breakfast room." She called in her voice of honey and sailed off.
Ten minutes later Quentis was washed, dressed, shaved and ready to face the day. He clumped down the endless flight of heavily carpeted stairs and came into the lavish conservatory the girl called the breakfast room. 'Useless waste of glass' Quentis thought, but if that's what Kansed wanted, that's what Kansed got. Suddenly he halted, bile leaping to his throat. On the marble stone floor in front of his was the body of Mr Digby. His white hair was matted with blood and the poor gardener's lined face was etched with terror. With suspicously moist eyes, Quentis shuffled foreword to inspect the damage. There were large bruises all along his head and two vicious gashes in his side, staining his earth-covered boiler-suit scarlet.                                                           "Breakfasts coming now, my little Dollarbaby!" trilled Kansed's sweet voice.

"I don't think I'll be needing any thing to eat dear." Quentis replied, trying to subdue his churning stomach.
