Prom

It was finally prom night! I was soo excited to go now that i was going with ozzy. We were one of the first people to walk into the room. I was wearing a long, yellow, puffy dress and Ozzy was wearing a black tux with a yellow tie so we could match.

"It's so pretty in here" I told him. He nodded in agreement. He took my hand and we went to start dancing.

*an hour later*

We had been dancing the whole night, so i decided to sit on the sides and take a break. Ozzy was still upbeat and jumping around.

Eldon, who was DJing for us, changed the song to a slow one. Ozzy instantly calmed down and came over to ask me to dance. I smiled and took his hand that he had held out for me and let him lead me to the dance floor.

I positioned my arms on his shoulders and he put his hands on my waist. We started rocking slowly while looking at each other. I couldn't help smiling. I really enjoyed this.

After a few moments of silence he said, "Do you know who you remind me of?". I shook my head. "Belle." I grinned at him widely and then giggled,

"Doesn't that make you the beast?" I teased. He smiled back at me and replied with,

"Now, we both know im too.." He spun around on the spot and popped his collar, "Handsome," He finished. I laughed as he continued. "But, i'd be the beast to your beauty anyday."

I was speechless after that. What did i do so good to deserve an ozzy in my life? He was a blessing. I pulled him closer to me and rested my head on his shoulder. When i looked up i saw noah and kingston standing near the DJ booth. Noah mouthed to me that he needed to speak to ozzy.

"I'll be right back" I said pulling away from him.

Ozzy

She pulled away from me and went to go to the refreshments section in emilys office. I was confused but i shrugged it off. I heard Noah and kingston call me from the other side of the room so i went to them.

"Bro, nows your chance" Noah told me. I was confused at first but then i remembered, the kiss.

"Do you think?" I asked.

Kingston slapped my shoulder, "Yes, bro! Go get her!" He encouraged.

"But how do i do it?"

"So first, compliment her. Then look in her eyes, deeply. Theenn, rub your hand on her face," noah started demonstating on kingston by rubbing his thumb on his cheek,

"And don't forget to lick your lips, but not too much. That's nasty. Maybe even bite your lip a little." Kingston added.

"But don't over do it" Noah cut in. They had given me alot of infomation, but i think i got it.

Richelle

I went into emilys office so that ozzy could talk with noah and kingston. Jacquie was in there, so i started talking to her. We had surprisingly become really close lately.

"Hey Jacquie" i said, waving.

"Hey richelle." She said after swallowing a bite of cake.

I sighed deeply, "Jacquie i don't know what to do now. I'm stuck."

"Tell me everything" she said putting down her cake. I told her everything from the start up to now.

"It sounds like he's really into you. Especially the beauty and the beast part" she groaned "I'd die if Noah ever said that to me" I laughed. "But seriously, he really likes you. And you obviously feel the same way. I think you should go for it and ask him out."

Ask him out? How was i going to do that? I nodded just as i felt a hand on my shoulder and ozzy asked me to dance again. I took his hand and let him lead me, looking back at jacquie who was grinning at me.

When we were on the dance floor again, we got in the same position. I wanted to leave the conversation till last so i stayed silent.

"You look so beautiful" He told me. I smiled and looked down, blushing. He held my head up and started stroking my cheek with his thumb. I could see he was nervous for something.

He bit his lip a bit and stayed silent. I wanted to ask him now, i felt like it was the right time. "Ozzy can, i.."

"Richelle, i love you" he blurted out. I froze in surprise. Then, before i could say anything, he swooped down and kissed me. I could tell it was ment to be a peck but it ended up being way longer.

When he pulled away i was shocked, and he was just as shocked as i was. I pulled him in again and hugged him.

"I love you too" I whispered in his ear.
