Truth - reddie

Richie's POV:

"Yeah, truth or dare is good. Who's going first?" he says as everyone turns and looks at him. "Well shit guess it's me." he laughs. "Okay hmmm, Eddie truth or dare?" Richie said as he turned and looked at the boy. Richie has had a crush on Eddie since they were kids. His sandy brown hair and cute button eyes. What's not to like? But he never wanted him to know. In fear of Eddie rejecting him. 

"Uh, I guess truth..." Eddie said quietly. He really didn't want the question to be the obvious one. Who do you like?  he hated that question. Because he didn't want people to know the truth. 

"damn eds your no fun." Richie laughed "Well, of course, I'm gonna go with the obvious one..who do you like?" Richie looked him straight in the eyes as he said this. he wanted to know the truth. He knew Eddie didn't like girls.

"Well, uhm. Its uh" he stammered and blushed.

"Come on Eddie your not B-B-Bill" Beverly said as everyone laughed, even Bill.

"Fine." he took a deep breath "It's someone in this room...." he immediately regretted saying that as everyone except Richie went 'oooooooooo'  

"It's gotta be Bev." Mike said "everyone likes her." he smiled.

"Yeah, it's B-B-Bev confirmed." Bill said as he looked over at Eddie.

"Actually Uhm it's, it's not." Eddie looked at the losers "guys....I'm gay." 

Holy fuck. holy fuck Eddie likes guys!?!?!?! Is all that could go through Richie's head at the moment. He actually had a chance with his crush. It shouldn't be much of a surprise it's kinda obvious. 

"Really Eddie! I'm so glad you told us!" Bev said as she smiled. Everyone agreed with her.

"S-So you gonna tell us who it is Eds?" Richie finally said as he moved his glasses. 

"I-i don't want to say right now." Eddie sighed "Sorry." 

"It's okay. Take your time." Richie smiled and blushed as Eddie smiled.

Eddie's POV: 

my god did I really just come out to all of them??  

"Okay, Eds ask someone." Richie moves to sit on the ground.

"Okay Bev truth or dare?" Eddie asked him. He really hoped Richie liked him back. 

"Dare." She said without hesitation. 

"Okay lick the window sill." He giggled. He really wasn't a germaphobe anymore.  Eddie was never taking his meds either and he felt ten times better than before. He just flushed them down the toilet or put them in his crumpled up napkin. His mom never suspected a thing either.

"Okay," she laughed and got up to lick the window sill. Once she was done she sat back down on the couch and smoothed out her dress. "My turn. Richie truth or dare?" 

"Truth. I'm gonna play it safe this time." he smiled. 

"Okay since you asked poor Eddie. Who do you like trash mouth?"

"Okay fine with me. I'm tired of covering it up. I'm gonna tell you all." Richie said as he sat up straight. He took a deep breath as well. 

This was the moment Eddie wanted and feared. Time to figure out if his crush really liked him back. Eddie's palms were sweating and his face was turning red. 

"His name is.."
