Aizawa was determined and had some papers in his hand, he was going to go to his husband and show him what he wanted to do.

He didn't know about the kids mother and felt awful for not knowing. He wanted to do something for him, and didn't want him to live on his own.

Izuku has such determination, drive and the amazing ability to prove others wrong; it made Shouta want to grin and Izuku made him feel proud that he was his student.

Then he stopped, now that he thought about it, that is a weird feeling to have and he hasn't even had Izuku with him for a year.

He could ponder on it later though, right now he had to see Hizashi and get him to sign the adoption papers.

10 Minutes Later

Yamada Hizashi, jumps as Shouta slams papers on his desk.

He looks up and sees something in his lover's eyes that he hasn't seen in a long while.

It is a strong Determination and drive, and while he always had it, yes, it just seemed stronger today.

"Shouta what are these?" He asks him, confused at what he's seeing

"These are adoption papers 'Zashi, just read and sign them." Shouta commanded impatiently

Hizashi read over them carefully and was surprised at the name on the papers:

Midoriya Izuku

He grinned happily and looked at his lethargic lover with pride. He now knew why he wanted him to sign the papers so much.

" Shouta-Kun, I hope you realise how much you're doing for the little listener right now."

Aizawa gave a small, soft smile and just replied with, "I Know."

Hizashi signed the papers as fast as he could, as he knew how impatient his husband is. As soon as he signed them, the other grabbed them quickly and brought them to the courthouse to be registered.

With Izuku

He was starting to mingle with his friends again, as his sensei's words got to him in his stubborn mind. He still didn't like people constantly asking if he was ok, but he wasn't as agitated about it anymore.

Well almost.

Katsuki Bakugou aka Kaachan keeps pestering him and it is really getting on his nerves. He was happy the blond was getting better at controlling his anger, he was still oblivious to the fact that he didn't have any tolerance for him right now.

Speak of the devil,

"Oi, s**t nerd what-"

And that was as far as the ash blond had gotten, as Izuku had lost his patience with the boy.

"Katsuki!" Izuku barked " Quit pestering me! I know I have started taking to other people again but that doesn't give you the right to keep on attacking me like nothing has happened!"

Unknown to Izuku his eyes had started to glow red and his shoulder-length hair started to float upwards

A spitting image of their sensei

Just as someone was about to point it out to him Aizawa walked into the room, looking for the bushy-haired child and froze.

"Holy S**it." Swore Shouta in shock

Aizawa quickly ran over to the child, trying to calm him down by pulling Izuku into an embrace. The teacher remembered unlocking his own quirk, and grimaced a small bit. Unlocking a quirk like his made bad memories come to the surface, giving the user flashbacks.

He held him at arm's length and told Izuku to copy his breathing. Soon his breathing slowed down as his quirk started to deactivate. Izuku fell into his teacher's arms and passed out, darkness overtaking his vision.

Aizawa held the boy close wondering how this could have happened. As he started thinking these things, he began to mutter self blame.

After a few minutes he slowly stopped and stood up, heading for the door. Then a question from the explosive blond stopped him,

"If you're his dad, then how come you were never around him?"

He looked back and gave the class and Katsuki the most surprising answer:

"I never knew I had a son to begin with." and walked out of the room, leaving a stunned and worried class 1-A.

After Classes Ended

Shouta was sitting by his son's infirmary bed, thinking of all the things that could have happened and why he wasn't told. He normally never dwells on stuff like this, but with the things that happened in that room, this was a special case.

Izuku shifted and opened his eyes, confused at where he was until he felt someone holding his hand. He shifted his head to the side and found his teacher looking at him stunned, tear tracks running down his face, eyes bloodshot.

He had been crying.

Izuku sat up and as soon as he faced his teacher he was met with a firm hug, the man's shoulders shaking with silent sobs.

"I am so sorry Izuku! I wish I would have known! I would have contacted you sooner and become the father you needed, I am so sorry!

Izuku hugged back and teared up during the apology, he himself trying, and failing, not to sob.

"You don't have to apologise for anything at all, Aizawa sensei!"

Aizawa looked at his son, holding him enough to where he didn't have to crane his neck. He was surprised at the boys words and his eyes goaded him to elaborate.

"As you said, if you had known. You can't blame yourself for things that you can't control dad, you should already know that by now, Dad!" said Izuku with conviction

Izuku gave his dad a big grin, and making Shouta want to to the same. He embraced his child once more, feeling relieved that his son didn't hate him for not being there.

"I love you son."

Izuku looked stunned and then gave a smaller smile than the previous, before saying

"I love you too, Dad."
