"Wait I gotta check my makeup" I look in the mirror
Jace just laughs and takes a few pictures of himself and me while waiting.
"Alright" I pose
After multiple pictures and Jace hyping me up I finally get out and get my phone.
"Thanks" I smile
"No problem" he beams
"And thanks for making my day better" I add
"Anytime" he walks over to the drivers side of the car, "Don't forget we're gonna race."
"I'm not tryna die" I roll my eyes
"You won't. I won't let that happen" he reassures me
"We'll see" I reply, "Bye"
"Bye" he gets in the car and drives off
I walk into the house and find Micah on the couch on his phone.
"Hey" I say
"Hey" he glances at me, "Everything fine now?"
"Umm yeah" I lie
"Alright" He replies
I grab a water bottle from the kitchen and think about telling Micah. Walking into the living room, I sit down on the loveseat across from him and go on my phone to post some pictures for Instagram.
