·Take Medicine. If you have a headache take something like Ibuprofen so it goes away.
·Drink stuff like water, gatorade, or ginger ale. Drink mostly water though so you stay hydrated.
·Eat foods like dry toast, chicken noodle soup, and saltines.
·Take a nap if you get tired.
·Relax and just lie down so you don't feel more sick if you're wondering around the house.
·Put a small trashcan that has a bag in it near you just in case.
