Amelia POV
I sat talking to the Ark on radio while Clarke tended to Finn "Tell me about the grounder. Can he provide any insight on how to survive winter?" He questioned.
I grimaced "We're doing everything we can to prepare here. We're gathering nuts and berries, curing meats, digging for roots, but the truth is, we'll freeze before we starve." I informed him of our predicament.
"There's good news on that front" Kanes sharp voice cut in "According to civil defense plans from before the war, there's an old emergency aid depot not far from the landing site. Here are the coordinates."
"In addition to supplies, it could provide shelter for the 100 and for the citizens coming down from The Ark." Jaha explained
"And what makes you think it's intact?" I questioned "It was designed to withstand nuclear warfare."
I sighed it would be dangerous but it was our only chance right now not to freeze "All right. It's worth a shot."
I was sat with miller keeping octivia away from the grounder. When Bellamy walked in. He frowned in resp once to the glares being sent at him "You're still here?" Bellamy questioned his sister.
"I'm not moving until you let me up there to see him." She replied stubbornly glaring at his tall form. "Get comfortable. I let him live. Isn't that enough?" He retorted
"He saved our lives"
He sighed in response rubbing his face tired "I know you see it that way, but That's the way it is. He's still dangerous."
"Only because of what you did." She scoffed huffing.
"Whatever twisted connection you think you and Amelia have with that animal, forget it. You don't get to see him. End of conversation." He raised his voice pointing angrily at her.
"Why do you even care if I ruined your life? You should want me to go up there.Maybe you'll get lucky and he'll kill me, problem solved." Then Ali strode in giving Octavia a hand up. While giving her some water
Bellamy sighed again this time softer, regretful "Octavia, you know I didn't mean that."
"Bellamy shes ignoring you anyway ..." Ali replied trailing off a hopeful look on her face which was returned with a stern one "The answer is still no. I'm not talking to Jaha."
"Hey, relax. That's not why I'm here. The Ark found some old records that show a supply depot not too far from here." She explained, his brows furrowed "What kind of supplies?"
"The kind that might give us a chance to live through winter. I'm gonna go check it out. I could use backup." She popped clasping her hands
"I'll get my stuff, meet you in 10." Once he left she bought me and Octavia to the side telling us to get Lincoln out and she'd explain to Octavia how we knew him later -------------------------------------------- Amelia's POV
