Ember's adventure

Ember POV

"Ember sweetie have fun, don't run off, and stay with Weiss and Neptune at all times!" Mama said, "Ok." I said as I hugged my mother, "I love you, baby girl." She said as she kissed me on the cheek.

"Hi, Ember I'm your uncle Neptune." Neptune said as Auntie Weiss buckled me into my car seat, "We have to go pick up Winter and Roxy, but then we can go to the park before we go to dinner." Auntie Weiss said as she sat next to me in the back seat. "Weiss, what's up? Why are you sitting back there?" Neptune asked, "Because Yang asked me to. You remember how Winter was at her age, we couldn't go anywhere without her falling asleep in the car, and then she wouldn't go to bed this is just me making sure she doesn't fall asleep." Auntie Weiss said.

"Ember dear wake up, come on Ember it's time to eat." Auntie Weiss said, "I asked Yang what you like and she said that you're not all that picky and to have you try something new." She said, "Stupid Ember, we didn't get to go to the park because she fell asleep!" Roxy said, "Yeah, stupid baby." Winter said, "Girls! It's not her fault, she tried her hardest to stay awake, but she's just so little that she couldn't help it!" Auntie Weiss said as she unbuckled me and picked me up, "Besides you two weren't much better. Roxy, you fell asleep as soon as your mother started the car, and Winter you lasted about ten minutes on a good day once either your mother or I started driving." Neptune said, "But I still stayed awake far longer than her!" Winter said, "Actually she was awake for over twenty minutes before falling asleep waiting for the two of you to come to the car." Auntie Weiss said as she carried me inside.

"Ok Ember say ah." Auntie Weiss said as she held up a bit of sushi for me to try, "Ahh." I said as she put it into my mouth, "Well honey do you like it?" She asked I nodded as I finished chewing, "It's good!" I said happily, "Alright then I'll give you a bit more like that one and a couple of different ones to try ok." She said, "Ok." I said, "I'm home." Will announced, "Will darling what are you doing here? Not that I have a problem with you coming home." Auntie said, "Well we kinda sorta mighta definitely pulled a prank on Aunt Ruby and now she's hunting us down to get payback." He said as I tried another piece of sushi, I didn't like this one it tasted funny to me, "So you don't like the vegetable rolls hugh, how about you try one more for me and then we'll go take a bath." She said, "Mom why are you babying her, she should do things on her own if she ever wants to be a big girl like me." Winter said, "She's three Winter. She's still just a baby if I started treating her like a big kid or an adult then she could get hurt very badly." Auntie said, "Still she's still just a stupid little baby." Roxy said, "What's gotten into you girls today?! You were never like this before!" Auntie said as she picked me up out of my highchair and carried me upstairs.

"I am so sorry Ember sweetie, I have no idea what's gotten into those two." Auntie said as she washed my hair, "If you want I can take you home. You don't have to go on the trip with us if you don't want to." She said, "No." I said, "Alright hun you can just stay with me and Neptune." She said, "I'll try to keep the others from picking on you sweetie, I'm sorry that this happened to you." She said.

Winter POV

"Hey, Roxy." I said as we got ready for bed, "Yeah?" Roxy said, "When we get to the lake we should ditch Ember in the woods!" I said, "W...Winter I know we agreed to joke around with her, but this seems like it's going a bit far." She said, "No we're just joking around." I said, "Light's out girls." Daddy said, "OK!" We said, "Ember will be sleeping with your mother and I. Winter we're going to have a talk about how you've been treating Ember. I'm very disappointed in you young lady." He said as he closed the door.

Will POV

"Dad you didn't have to be so hard on her." I said, "You think that was hard? If I was really going to discipline her you would know it." Dad said as he walked away.
