Y/N

This is not me.

I couldn't recognize who I was as I looked at my reflection in the large vintage mirror that stood against one of the walls. My hair was up in halo braids secured with accessories as my bangs swept across my forehead. My face wasn't caked, it was a subtle and delicate amount of makeup that I had on. My dress hugged my body as I twirled to look at what was shown off. I looked different. A good kind of different.

My wedding day. It was that day.

If this was me four months ago I would have panicked and backed out. But I got used to being around Jungkook, he wasn't half as bad as I thought. I knew we didn't love each other but, being on good terms might help us live through this arrangement. My nerves were still through the roof though. It wasn't a play date, I was getting married to supposedly, one of the best business people according to magazines. Jeon Inc. was under Jungkook now, and it didn't help me, knowing this wedding would shoot into the media in no time.

Being in the spotlight was not my thing. "Are you rea- Woah!" I heard Hyejin's voice. I turned away from the mirror to see my best friend walking toward me with wide eyes. "I'm so happy for you!" I mumbled a small thank you as she hugged me. "You look stunning. He has to fall head over heels for you tonight." She smiled wide, holding my hands as she analyzed me. "That's not going to happen," I said. She opened her mouth to speak but we were interrupted.

"Y/N." My mother had walked in. "You look ravishing darling." I just paused not knowing what to say, knowing it was time to head out before it was even mentioned. "Honey..." My mother said as Hyejin stepped aside, "You don't need to worry about Jungkook, he will take care of you no matter what happens." Her hands cupped my face as I locked eyes with her, tears blurring my vision at the thought of how my life had flipped.

"It's time." My brother's voice interrupted. I looked over my mother's shoulder to see Yoongi poking his head in with a soft smile on his lips. I blinked my tears away, getting a hold of myself before I could overthink. I turned away from my mother and head over to pick up my veil. Walking back, I handed it to her. She smiled, taking it from my hand, delicately placing it over my head, making it flow down my back.

I smiled at her. "I'm ready."

With my mother's hand in mine and Hyejin following us, we made our way out of the room, to my father. As we reached, my parents hugged me with all their might, making it obvious they would miss me. I didn't know if it was genuine but I shrugged it off, and soon my hands were linked with my father's. We stood in front of the huge doors that opened to the ceremony. The place was huge and I knew there would be tons of people out there.
