RINNGG RING RING. Cams phone was going off. It was that marimba ringtone which was kind of annoying considering Kelsey's phone was set to that ringtone and listening to it all the time every time she got a call. He answered. "Hey Hayes." I assumed it was Hayes calling. I heard some babble coming from the other line. "Ok, ok. I'll be right there." he said with a rushing tone in is voice. "Sorry. I have to go. Our flight got changed to an earlier time due to so,e weather that we would be dodging. I'm sorry Shayla. Hopefully I'll see you soon." "Bye Cam." i said with a sad sounding stutter. He waved goodbye to Kelsey and myself and then he walked out the door with one last, "Goodbye." I looked over at Kelsey who was trying not to look upset but I knew she was sort of devastated that Cam left. I have to admit I'm a little sad myself. I'll definately miss him but I'll call him some time. Probably in a couple of days once I know he has landed.
"So, what time is checkout?" Kelsey asked me after about 30 seconds of dead silence. "3." I answered her, knowing that we were going to have to start getting packed up and everything soon. It was noon at the moment. I got up slowly off the uncomfortable couch slowly and headed towards the bedroom to begin packing up my stuff. "What time does our flight leave again?" Kelsey said loudly from the other room. "We need to leave for the airport around 3:15. Our flight leaves at 4:10. The airport is only a 15-20 minute drive anyways so we have some time. Come in here and help me pack up."
