"Carlisle!" Alice hollered, breaking down the front door and shocking the rest of the vampires. "Grab your med kit, right now!"

Esme gasped at the sight of the nude, little girl whimpering in Alice's arms with a massively bleeding leg.

"Oh my!" Esme gasped out, looking at the girl. "W-Who did this to her?"

Alice payed no attention to Esme and stomped over to Carlisle's office where he had his tools ready.

"Ok, Alice." Carlisle started off, looking over the nude girl. "Tell me what happened."

"She's a werewolf, Carlisle." She replied in a soft whisper. "Her leg got caught up in a huge bear trap."

Without any hesitation, Carlisle went off right to it and he was surprised to see the young werewolf not complain or struggle against him, a vampire.

"You brought a mutt into our house?" Edward growled at Alice, glaring at the wounded girl. "She should be dead anyways."

Alice growled loudly at Edward as she stepped closer into his face, the boy vampire freezing.
"She is NOT a mutt!" She snarled, venom seeming to drip from her mouth. "She's nowhere near as disgusting and horrible as those pack wolves."

"A-Alice." Immediately, Alice dropped Edward and was by the girl's side in a split second.
"I'm here." The pixie whispered. " Everything's gonna be okay."

After a few more minutes gone by, Carlisle had finished and the girl was up in her feet already. Alice giggled as the girl observed everything inside of the manor, eventually Alice had to ask.

" Do you have a name?" The girl stared at her for what seemed like minutes.

"Neve." The girl whispered. "My name is Neve."

Alice smiled at Alaska, who was still staring at her with curiosity.

"Hello, Neve." She giggled when the girl tilted her head and began to sniff her. "You think you're ready to meet my family."

"... Sure." Alaska whispered, clearly not used to speaking as she spend most of her life as a wolf.
Alice stood up and led the little girl downstairs, seeing that everyone was sitting in the living room and waiting for them to come.

The duo sat at the couch next to Jasper who smiled down at the girl, who then stared curiously up at him.

"Hey, guys." Alice started off, also being cautious of Edward who was raging with anger. " This is Neve, the wolf I've been visiting the past week."

"Now that's she fine, can you take her out?" Edward exclaimed, glaring at the girl who still did not react to much of anything. Only twitching when Alice growled immensely at him.

Alaska looked down at the face-down Edward, which Alice plummeted a few seconds ago before going back to her side and happily humming to herself as if nothing happened.

"Alice!" Esme exclaimed, not happy about the unconscious vampire implanted in the floor. "You didn't have to do that to your brother."

Alice rolled her eyes as she played with Neve's dark brown hair, not in the least caring about his so-called brother. When she heard the girl whimper slightly, she turned to her and stared at the white wolf ears that somehow sprung on her head.

"Aw, you have wolf ears!" The pixie squealed and hugged the little wolf girl tightly. "That's so cute!"

"You will have time for that later." Carlisle interrupted. "For now, we have to discuss why this girl was in our land."

Neve stared curiously as Carlisle observed her very closely, twitching her wolf ears and sniffing him.

"Why are you here?" Carlisle asked cautiously. "Are you part of the Quileute pack?"

After staring for a while, Neve shook her head. "I am not a shifter like them, and I have lived among these woods longer than the Quileute." She whispered, her unique English catching the others off guard.

"How interesting." Carlisle muttered, going to his own thoughts. "That means we're evading your lands, right?"

Neve nodded, her now visible white tail flopping up and down on the couch.

"What's going on with your tail and ears?" Alice had to ask, seeing that the tail suddenly appeared.

"It's been a while since I haven't turned human, and my body is not used to it." Neve replied. "So my body wants to turn back into my original form."

"So, you're not human?" Carlisle asked.

"No." Alaska replied once again. "I was a wolf when I was born, it took me years to actually turned to a human-like form and I never had much use for it."

-

A few days passed after the incident, Alice and Neve had grew to be inseparable. Both were always seen together and the wolf almost never spoke, leaving Alice to learning how to communicate with her through body language.

"Neve!" Yelled Alice, as she ran around trying to find her. " Where did you go?"

"Looking for Neve?" Esme asked, amused at the sight of Alice frustrated. " What exactly happened?"

Alice turned to her, huffing loudly and sulking. She sat down next to Esme in the kitchen.

"I tried to give her a dress." Esme already knew what happened next, considering it was the same with Bella. "Then she phased into her white wolf and ran away, so she's hiding around here somewhere."

Before the two can do anything, Rosalie walked into the kitchen and held the white wolf by her scruff.

"I found her hiding under my bed." Rosalie told them, a bored look in her eyes. "Every Tuesday then?"

Esme chuckled and nodded her head. "Tried to put a dress on her."

---

Neve looked up at Edward, who scowled at the younger girl. She could only tilt her head in confusion, she was left alone with Edward after the family left to hunt.

"I should kill you, you know." Edward hissed out, the wolf girl look up at him with a nonchalant look on her face. "Kill you right now and be done with it."

"But you won't." Edward stopped hissing and looked down at the girl in shock and confusion. "You had all the time these past days, and yet you have not killed me."

Neve then phased into her tiny wolf, almost the size of an artic fox. Edward held his breath as the white wolf jumped on his lap and cuddled against him.

After for what seemed like hours, the vampire calmed down and slowly but surely began to stroke Neve's fur.

"Fine." Edward huffed softly, as to not wake her up. "I'll let you pass this one time, little mutt."
