I wish we could've met sooner
Cause your lips are all I want,
But they are already taken by someone
That was faster than me.

You are the person I think about
Before I fall asleep at night
And you are my motivation
When I wake up in the morning.

And it breaks my heart
To know that once again,
My feelings are not returned
And I am just a friend.

I smile when you talk to me.
My heart gets warm when you hug me.
But I have to accept
That you love someone else.

When I think about it,
Maybe it would be better if we never met.
I would've save all these tears
And I wouldn't go through this pain.

But we can't change what happened,
And I still hope that someday
You'll feel the same
And I can finally be yours.
