The second case was 'The Red Lipstick Murder' included in the Homicide Department.  This murder took place on a late, foggy Sunday Afternoon near a moate type of hill opposite a theatre, it was quite dark at the time so it was easier for the murderer to dipose of the woman, when not many people were arond. The murderer in question was wearing a dark black coat and hat, he was heard to have brutally attacked the young woman with a small crowbar which he found on a street and dumped it shortly after she was unconsious. The next day Capatain James Donnelly commenced a meeting for a search and investigation into this murder. Captain D. "Your assignment is of the murder of a woman, found last night and bearing all the signs of the werewolf ,Get out to the scene lads!''. ColePhelps: ''Do you have the address?''  Rusti Galloway.: ''It's been all over KGPL. It's off the Temple Str, between Belmont &Glendale.'' The two detectives drive away toward the crime scene, while arguing and diputing about the 'werewolf murderer'. Finally they come up to the dirt rod where the murder took place last night at 10:02am. Crazy press are there to greet them to take pictures to sell. Phelps warns them offm to have respect for this poor deceased woman. At the end, they'll give the press facts on the case later. One of th men make a comment, saying: ''He's good Rusti, he even sounds genuine!'' and the other man regard phelps for his loyal & honour in the force. Galloway protects phelps against the tw men from the press infront of him, ''You got pic, Now scram!'', in a very agressive voice. The press then leave. Galloway & Phelps continue to walk over to the murder scene and spot tracks of blood and foot-steps, Phelps asks an officer beside him, "Is this a normal routine for you?'' , Officer replies,''Never, some neighborhood pimp-ups, but nothing like this!'', Phelps asks ''You were 1st on the scene?'', office replies,''Yes, detective!''. They continue to find information in the case.  Phelps asks the officer to go to the house, and see what he comes up with. Both Galloway&Phelps are still at the scene and investigating any vital clues that could be traced back to the murder. Phelps talks to the coroner, he tells him of the cuts and bruises around the arms and skull and thetext on body, "B.D",(Blck Dahlia), Phelps then finda a wound on the middle finger, a ring must have been taken, another blood force attack to the face
