Hydrangea is a 9 member Asian boy group. Yes Asian, since the group has Korean, Japanese and Chinese members, and they promote in those respective countries together.

Within this first part I will be telling you the name, fandom name, color and the reasoning why behind the three. They'll be an addition three more parts that gives more info about this amazing group!
So, without further ado, meet Hydrangea and learn some of the basics!!

Explanation!
Prior to this, the group's name was First Romance until they decided to leave the company (which will be explained later). Anyways... Hydrangeas are a beautiful flower that comes in multiple colors. Each one representing something new. And with a new company, the boys are blossoming and starting anew. As you can tell their logo includes the translation in Chinese and Japanese, considering they have members from those respective countries. The "HDG" is just the abbreviation since saying "hydrangea" for every greeting could be rather long.

Explanation!
Stars ~ This is from when they were 'First Romance'. Their fanbase were called this since it's their fans who are the reason they're able to perform and make it as far as they can.
Petals ~ As long as they have their fans, the boys will continue to grow (make music) and blossom (perform).
So if you hear these two bames just know people are talking about the same group!☺
As for the greeting, it's: "You're the light of our life! We're HDG!"
Since whether they're 'stars' or 'petals', they still provide the light. As 'stars' they shine in their lives and as 'petals' they absorb the (sun)light and give the boys their strength!

Pure Pink ~ Pink hydrangeas represent genuine emotions aka the love for their fans.
Confession Cerulean ~ Blue hydrangeas represent apology aka the boys are sorry for making their fans wait so long, and with everything that happened.
Apprehend Amethyst ~ Purple hydrangeas represent to deeply understand someone aka they hope they're fans can always understand and support where the boys come from as they will do the same for them!!!
