A Dark Spark, A Bright Flame

Consequences

         We had  made it out of the cave alive thanks to Earthstar. Zane was nervous about what Sensei was going to say. Hes nervous? I'm terrified!

          Sensei Wu smiled as we walked up to him. He looked at our nervous faces. "What is the matter students?"

         "We didn't get the Scythe Sensei." Cole reported.

         "What?!" Sensei shouted.

         "A girl named Darkfire took it and left a note." Zane said as he handed Wu the paper with the note.

          Wu's eyes widened. "It looks like I am not the only one who took up teaching."

          I looked at him flabbergasted. "You mean to tell me that Darkfire is Garmadon's student?!"

         "It seems so." Wu responded. "We must make it to the Shurikens of Ice before Darkfire does."

         "But Sensei Wu," Zane protested. "She does not have the map; we do. How will she get there before us?"

         "Because," A voice said from the shadows. "She can feel the guardians."

           A girl with wavy, blonde hair stepped out, her blue eyes flicking around scanning  her surroundings. Electric blue eyes.

          Behind her were electric blue wings with a lighter blue striking the bottoms like lightning  bolts.

           "Who are you?" Cole asked.

            "I am Lightningclaw, a minor LightningWing Draki. Earthstar is my best friend and has been in the first realm longer than I have."

            "Lightningclaw," Wu said calmly. "Is Darkfire able to feel the dragons because she is like you?"

            "Is she a Draki? Yes she is. But she was on the light side and has reversed to the dark side for some reason."

             Wu stood there utterly shocked. We stood there watching, wondering WhAt ThE hEcK iS gOiNg On!! Then I stepped up. "The only Draki I know of is my sister, but I haven't seen her for months."

             Lightningclaw looked at me. "What color are her wings?"

             "I don't know. White? That's what color they used to be. I don't know if they still are."

             "Its alright Jay." Wu said to me.

             "Wu is right," Lightningclaw reassured me. "Darkfire's are black with purple spots. They look like purple stars in the night sky."

           When I woke up I saw Wu running towards the Temple of Fire. Then, I realized that we had been captured by Samukai.

5 minutes earlier.........

                    Darkfire's P.O.V

           Stupid Fire ninja, he should've stayed at camp where it's nice and safe.

           I glared at him for being dumb enough to follow the illusion I created of his sister.

           "Its okay Kai," She told him. "I can get out myself."

            She struggled to release herself from the chains I had put her in. "Okay, nevermind."

             Kai jumped from rock to rock, grabbed the Sword of Fire and cut down his sister. "Stay close."

             "Trust me," She said. "I'm not going anywhere!"

             My master's manipulated shadow appeared. "You can't hurt us! You're only a shadow!"

             "Foolish boy," My master sneered at him. "You think I don't know that!"

          Kai smirked with triumph.

            "HrrACK-urr-rawrr!!"*

         I flew over and landed in front of Kai and his sister. I glared at him with anger. Afraid of me, he took a couple steps back and ran into his sister.

         Black kunais with purple wrapped handles appeared in my hands. Kai positioned himself into a fighting stance. "Kur- ARCK!"**

          I lunged at him bringing my kunais down. He blocked them with the Golden Sword and shoved me away. Not having enough training with the sword, he ran at me with it pointed. I blocked it, but he dipped the sword and cut me across the eye. I kicked off his chest sending him flying backwards and into his sister. I jumped into the sky. Something hits me in the head causing me to flap weirdly to regain my balance. As I look up I see Wu falling over the lava lavafall into the Underworld. "Go warn Samukai."

            "Yes Master."

           I stood next to my master's throne, as we watched Samukai and Wu fight each other with the Golden Weapons. Samukai lands a blow on Wu causing him to fall. Wow Samukai uses these better that Wu.

            Samukai picks up the other two weapons. "Hand me the Golden Weapons Samukai."

            "NO."
            " What?!"
            "Excuse me?"

           "You will now to me now." Samukai told my master. Then he looked at me. "Both of you."

           He started to violently shake.
          "Fool." My master chuckled. "Even I can't possess all four weapons at once. What makes you think you can?"

            Samukai turned into a portal. My jaw dropped. That's a portal to the Realm of Darkness!

             My master walked over to the portal. "Father would not want you to do this brother."

             "Hes not here anymore Wu," My master hissed. "He always looked at me, disappointed of what I had become. Now, when I goto this place I will come back stronger. Stronger so I can create the world in MY IMAGE. YOU, you were always his favorite."

               My master started to the portal. I flew across to go with him but he stopped me. "No, Darkfire."
 
              "But why Master?" I asked.

               "I want you here, to keep those ninja in their place.
               "Is that all?"
             "And look after my son."

              He walked through the portal. It flashed a blinding white light. I landed, folded my wings and pulled down my purple mask. "Yes Master...."

                   "I promise."
