Jungkook's POV

Jimin's condition improved after a few weeks. I could see that he started to gain weight back although he was still very light when I lifted him up once in a while.

But at least, he seemed healthier nowadays. I went back to my home after a few days staying at Jimin's but I stopped by almost every day after work just to make sure he took his meals.

Jimin had opened up to me a bit by telling me his past one by one.

About how his family started breaking apart in high school, about him being a bully victim in his dance classes, how his mother left the house and a few more secrets that he never told any of us before.

I knew that he was still keeping something heavy by himself but I promised Jimin that I would wait for him forever, so I was going to keep my words.

"Mr. Jeon, you have a guest wanting to meet you" my secretary informed from the intercom.

"Tell the person to come in. I don't have much time before the next meeting," I spoke out without taking my eyes from the computer.

"Jungkook," I lifted my eyes instantly as I heard his voice. Jimin was standing in front of my office door while holding what seemed like a pack...of...lunch?

My eyes sparkled at the unexpected presence of him and my mouth automatically formed a huge smile.

"Jimin, come on in. What brings you here?" I walked to welcome the shy Jimin who seemed hesitant to step into my office.

Before I could even place my hand behind his back to encourage him to enter the room, Jimin took a step back after glancing towards my working desk.

"You seem so busy this week so I just thought that I should give you your lunch," he pushed the lunchbox to my stomach and immediately tried to leave the office. Fortunately, I managed to take a hold of his hand and stopped him from leaving as soon as he arrived.

"Have you had your lunch?" I asked him and he reluctantly shook his head a little.

"You cook this for both of us, isn't it?" I asked, lifting the lunch a bit.

"Who said that I'm the one who cook it?" he denied but the reddening cheeks couldn't lie. I smiled looking at Jimin's embarrass face.

"Come on in, let's eat together," I said as I gently pulled his hand, wanting him to enter my office room. This was the first time Jimin had visited my office and I wouldn't want him to just leave after going all the trouble to reach here.

"But you seem like you are busy preparing for a meeting," he stood firm on his feet, still refusing to get in.

"It's okay, I've finished my slides. It's just that I usually take an hour free to relax before the presentation,"

"And I'm disturbing you, aren't I?" Jimin cutely looked up to see into my eyes and I had to bit my inner cheek to stop myself from attacking him in front of my secretary who was secretly observing us.

"No, not at all. In fact, I feel calmer than ever with you being here. So, come on. I won't eat the lunch if you don't eat with me," that little threat seemed to work on Jimin because he immediately gave up and let me pull him inside.

I made him sat on the couch and I quickly sat beside him just wanting to be as close as possible to the boy. Jimin made a face but I choose to ignore it and opened the lunch box he prepared. When he tried to distance himself from me, I grabbed his waist, pulling him to sit closer to me than before.

"You made all of this?" I asked happily while starting to grab one of the side dishes and munched it happily. Jimin was still trying to calm his flushed face since my left hand was still secured on his waist.

"I just happen to have a lot of free time because someone just decided to force me to quit my job," he rolled his eyes at me and I just smiled back with mouth full of food.

"Well, you're emotionally tortured working there, and it's not just me. Taehyung and Yoongi are also involved in persuading you to quit," I defended myself while also feeding Jimin with his food, which he accepted without much word.

Jimin wasn't as resistant as before. After he opened up to me, we got used to skin-ship a lot and now, feeding each other was considered normal to us.

"More like threatening me to quit. Yoongi basically tells me that he's going to burn the office and hunt my boss down if I didn't quit," Jimin complained angrily but I just couldn't take him seriously when he talked with his pout.

Yoongi had more than the money and power to do so. All of us were considered successful in our own field, but Yoongi was in another whole new level, being the most feared mafia leader amongst all. The only person who could tolerate his wildest ideas was Taehyung.

A mafia leader and a cop. Such a sweet love story between those two. With lots of gunshots and explosions involved too.

I watched Jimin who was slowly munching the food in his mouth with a spot of sauce on the side of his lips. I brushed off the sauce with my thumb and decided to just lick it away, making the frozen boy blush again. If I let my desire took over, I bet that Jimin won't be out of the room for the next few hours and I should say goodbye to my meeting too, I guess.

He cleared his throat and gulped down some mineral water to calm down his nerves, I believed. I quietly laughed at Jimin's nervousness as he stood up to clean up. I stood up as well and walked to help the boy, not wanting to be far apart from him.

"You're going back after this?" I asked, while handing him a plastic bag to fill all the remaining of the food we ate just now.

"No, I'm planning to meet Yoongi after this. He said that he wanted to ask me something about Taehyung or something like that. I feel so giddy when I think that he's thinking of accepting Taehyung," Jimin chattered happily.

"If Yoongi's accepting Taehyung soon, will you accept me too?" my question made Jimin stopped his work and I regret asking him about that at that moment. I couldn't see his face but I could tell he isn't smiling.

"Sorry, I shouldn't have brought up the topic. I'll always wait for you so you don't force yourself okay, Jimin?" I quickly apologized, afraid that my question would affect Jimin's mood. However, my heart felt calm, so I couldn't decipher what he was thinking right now.

Both of us spoke of nothing until Jimin finished cleaning up and were ready to leave the office. I carried the lunchbox and planned to walk him out until the main entrance. When we reached the door, he suddenly turned to face me, making me stop abruptly not to crash onto him.

"Don't feel bad about bringing up the topic," he spoke out gently as he brushed of the dust from my suit.

"I tried hard not to have feelings for you again but still, I think you're succeeding," he gazed softly into my eyes and I could feel my heart starting to race, staring back into those eyes of his.

He took the lunchbox from my hand and to my surprise; he tiptoed and pecked my cheek before exiting the door blushing furiously, leaving me stunned at his action. I couldn't contain my smile and quickly chased after the boy before he totally left.

"Park Jimin!" I shouted from a distance since Jimin was already reaching his car and I didn't have much time left before the meeting.

He turned around after hearing his name and I waved energetically at the boy. "See you at home!"

He waved back and nodded shyly before entering his car. I watched him drove away until I couldn't see his car anymore. I went back and entered my room, closing the door behind me.

"Yes!! Yeehaw!" I jumped around in joy for quite a while before stopping to catch my breath. As I stood by the window to watch the scenery that had suddenly become insanely pretty after Jimin's visit, I touched my cheek that was pecked on earlier.

"It's a shame I didn't install any CCTV in thisroom right now," I sighed contently, although regretting that I couldn't replaythe scene earlier in the forms other than my own memory.
