Becca woke the next morning to find her little brother not there. She sat up and glanced to the door which was wide open. She sighed with relief as she heard Michael call for her when breakfast was finished. Becca slid out from underneath her covers and made her way upstairs. She smiled faintly at the smell of bacon and eggs. This was something she usually had every morning but she missed it yesterday. Becca greeted her family with a bright smile. Finally she had got to eat a breakfast with her family. It might not have been her mom or dad but these were the people she loved the most. Becca bented down to pick up Michael and place him on her hip, he smiled brightly and gave her a small kiss on the cheek. "You like helping Nannie cook, huh?" She asked with a small chuckled as she picked up a piece of bacon from the plate and chewed on the end of it. "Yeah! I wanna be a cook when I grow up!" MIchael said happily and clapped his hands together before reaching to grab the piece of bacon Becca had in her hands to munch on it. Becca scoffed and grabbed another piece to munch on, rocking Michael slightly. "I can see it now, Michael running his own resturant." Becca chuckled which made Michael nod in excitement. "Yea! Yea! an-and you all get to eat there for free!" Becca glanced over at her grandma as she heard her chuckle. "What kind of food will you serve there?" Becca asked curiously as she sat down at the table, still holding Michael tight in her arms. "Pizza, cereal, pasta.." He started listing the things off on his fingers. Becca laughed and glanced to the plate of bacon on the table. "Bacon?" She asked curiously. Michael quickly nodded and smiled brightly up at her. 'Yes!" He laughed and glanced to the clock and started pushing himself off her. Becca raised an eyebrow and glanced to the clock, notcing that the bus would be here in ten minutes. Becca flashed a smile at Michael and a thank you before rushing down to her room.
Becca rushed in and grabbed a pair of skinny jeans and an old band shirt. Mainly because she was too lazy to actually comb her hair she put it up in a messy bun, you could barely tell if she combed it or not. She slipped on her shows and looked herself over in the mirror, taking in a deep breath before leaving her room, shutting the door behind her. She jogged upstairs and slung her bookbag over her shoulder. Giving her grandma a hug and Michael a kiss on the forehead before leaving the house and jogging over to the bus which had been waiting on her for only a few seconds. She climbed inside and smiled at the bus driver before turning and noticing all the new students. She didn't want to stare but she couldn't help herself. She had barely started walking down the isle as he bus started, making her fall forward and land on her hands and knees. She heard a few chuckles and whistle, groaning she stood up and flashed a glare at the guy who was sitting in the seat next to her, his hand on her waist. "Don't touch me." She grumbled and yanked the guys hand away from her waist. He had this msug smile that Becca just wanted to slap it off his face. Becca walked to the back of the bus where her and Cas' seat was, she frowned and noticed Cas was missing. She took a seat and pulled out her phone to text him.
'where r you ??' Sent, Read.
'home, not feeling too well' Read.
'well you better be here tomorrow' Sent, Read.
'no promises. have a good day im going back to sleep'
Becca smiled small at the last message and put her phone away, looking up she caught some eyes staring at her. She narrowed her eyebrows a little and they quickly glanced away. Becca sighed deeply and prayed that Dean was here today. She didn't feel like facing the day alone. Once the bus stopped she let everyone leave first, not wanting to get in the way of the guy who liked to touch and feel. Once she off, she took a glance around. So many people. So many! It's like a whole school of kids were transferred her. She made her way through the confused crowd and to the student parking lot to see if Dean was here. She sighed with relief as she saw the Impala parked in it's regular spot. She glanced up as she heard the bell ring. "Shit." She mumbled under her breath as she quickly made it back inside the school to go to class. She made a face as she swerved through the crowd of people, bumping into a few of them. Once she made it to her class room she noticed her teacher down thr hall, talking with another teacher. Becca quickly maded it to her seat and sat down before the teacher came back. Becca glanced over at Toby and noticed he had his head on the desk. She then glanced back to Megan who was sitting on top of her desk, talking with her friends and ociasionally pointing to Toby and laughing.
