Lighting flashes as a storm rolls in,  before they arrive they see a man in a black suit and fedora, a stranger, oh great who's this Arthur says, no one more then an old phantom,  swamp-thing says, Hi I'm Aquaman and if you're here to cause trouble take a number and get in line Arthur says to the man, I have no trouble with you... Yet I'm the Phantom Stranger I'm a bit of a traveler the man says, What is all this about who am I did I kill them swamp-thing asks I'm not here for you though I will say the two most important days of you're life, is the day you're are Born, and the day you find out why the phantom stranger says, is today the day?  swamp-thing asks the stranger nods, so why are you here? Arthur asks, because The Lady of the lake has been trying to reach you, After this you must return to the lake and Happy Harbor something is very wrong and it's going to take you... No it's going to take all of you to stop this The phantom stranger says All of you? What do mean is there more who's the others Arthur says as the stranger disappeares, he does that all the time Swamp-thing says to a puzzled Arthur as they enter lighthouse the rain starts to fall, as the enter they see all kinds of lab equipment computers telescopes and lots of dirt what the heck is this Arthur asks, swamp-thing pauses I remember this I've been here he says he sees a flash back of Alec Holland in the lab testing stuff, Arthur picks up a book and reads property of Alec Holland on it, I think you've been here too buddy, there here glass breaking, Arthur looks and swamp-thing still in shock I'll handle this Arthur says, he lights up his hand forming his Trident he jumps and uses it to climb up to the top, at the top he sees Henry, Hey Arthur I'm glad you could make it to the party buddy Henry says, who are you what is all this and you're going to tell me everything or I'm gonna put this trident through you're chest Arthur says coldly, wow great speech if I actually cared about my life it might would be effective, you wanna know my origin story that's great, so I was a lighthouse keeper a great one and then that stupid boat crashes, and you know I mean everybody has bad days right its not my fault, and then I had to kill the next guy it was the only way to get my job back you'll have to understand this Arthur Henry says meanwhile downstairs Swamp-thing remembers his origin he sees Alec Holland moving into the lighthouse he sees him talking to Henry then he sees him making a special compund drug it will enhance peoples abilities it makes them stronger it will be great for soldiers and heroes Alec says nah we should sell it or use it on ourselves think of what we could gain Henry says, I had to kill Alec too he moved in city said I couldn't be trusted so they put that quack in here,  I tried discrediting him as a mad scientist but he still stayed Henry fights Alec there's a struggle and Alec gets pushed into a Plant and the compund drug falls on him Henry kills Alec the plants starts mutating and forming around Alec, I was a plant, I'm not Alec Holland but I can avenge him and use this enhanced powers to help people swamp-thing thinks,then I saw that thing grow Henry says and I had to kill Martha she was a singer lovely voice Alec always liked her my plan was all over the place at this point I'm not sure if I even understood it but killed her to turn the city against it, look Arthur you understand right buddy? ends to a means it's nothing personal just business Henry asks, you're a monster Arthur says no not yet anyways really all I did was cut him lose Henry says coldly You really think you can take me and him Arthur says, I like to think of myself as the fisherman you know actually maybe a collector is a better term and you know I spent years trying to recreate Alec's stuff but I couldn't figure out and then I realized I just needed to analyze the swamp that's where he got the compund in the first place I tried to get this stupid little town to drag him out it wouldnt work, so I had to motivate him to due it, none the less it worked I have it he says holding a jar and what are you gonna do with that Arthur asks as lighting flashs, Lets find out Henry says as he smashes it down into a plant  No Arthur screams as he sees an old harpoon and throws at his arm Henry falls off the balcony,  there's a loud shuttering as the mutantion begins what's happening swamp-thing asks  as he sees Henry fall, he starts turning brownish green and is growing taller one of his hands forms the harpoon it's disgusting too look at, he's about 9 foot 5 as he stands up he grabs a bench throwing it at swamp-thing he smash part of the lighthouse as it starts to crumble around them swamp-thing smashs the floor trying to hold it up with the vines but Henry kicks him back and he goes flying which has never happened before the kick knocks him through the lighthouse, Henry stop Arthur says I'm the fisherman now. The lighthouse falls Arthur knocks out a window and jumps into the water, he closes his eyes as debris start falling, it's peaceful in the water he loved the water, on the beach, Swamp-thing gets up to face the fisherman he causes vines to grow up trying to trap his feet as he runs toward him but he's to strong and swings his harpoon arm at swamp-thing again stabbing him, you're a freak I'm the future the fisherman says as he starts chocking him, swamp-thing balls his fist knocking him back he creates vine wips and starts lashing at the fisherman he runs and punchs him in the stomach he grabs the harpoon arm and tries to separate it, when suddenly a bunch of trees sprouting knocking swamp-thing back I can control the green now the fisherman says Arthur sees a fish and he's reminded that he can talk to them a skill he hardly uses he sends out a signal as a plan forms he jumps up back onto the beach, he runs and jumps on to the fishermans back stabbing him in his spin, as swamp-thing knocks him up Arthur jumps off, So how you wanna do this flank him Arthur says what's flanking him Swamp-thing asks I don't know people just say it in movies allot Arthur says with a smile he can tap into the green swamp-thing says whats that Arthur asks, he can control the swamp like me swamp-thing says, I have a plan but we have to get him really close to the water we also maybe killing him you cool with that Arthur asks, he's already dead you lead swamp-thing says as the fisherman starts charging as at them here we have it me vs you bad vs good guy well good guys the Brave and the Bold the fisherman says while pointing at them he talks way to much Swamp-thing says let's shut him up Arthur says powering up his Trident, he takes the left side as his Trident slashes the harpoon swamp-thing takes the right and just starts beating on him the fisherman uses the green creating vines around them hold on swamp-thing says as he grabs Arthur's foot and swings him around using his Trident to cut through maybe warn me next time Arthur says, AGGGGH the fisherman  screams Arthur runs and jumps and kicks him back swamp-thing uses the green vines to push him back Arthur cuts off his harpoon arm and swamp-thing punches  the fisherman as hard as he can sending him back into the water Arthur places his hand on his head now he screams as a tentacle comes out grabbing the fisherman who tries to fight back but to no use and is pulled in.....

EPILOGUE

I guess it's time for me to fly Arthur say thank you Aquaman for helping me figure this out Swamp-thing says no prob swamp-thing why don't you come with me we'd make a great team  Arthur says, thank you for the offer but I must protect the swamp the green and most importantly the people who live here it's why Alec Holland even made this I have to make his death mean something I'm his legacy but if you ever need me just say the word swamp-thing says good luck bro  and got it Arthur says as he jumps into the water and swims off swamp-thing smiles as heads back to his swamp....

2 WEEKS LATER!

A helicopter Lands on the beach, it's gone All of it says Maxwell lorde stepping out of the aircraft, he throws down his briefcase, All the samples Henry collected destroyed, Maxwell says talking into his ear piece,

In space there's a giant satellite with giant eye in the middle, it responds to Maxwell don't worry we already have all we need to eradicate the metahuman threat and the human threats as well, yeah yeah I know I know we've just fought so hard for this thing Maxwell replies and we will keep fighting The brother Eye is active and will destroy the machine calling itself the brother eye says....
