8.0 : The Past Pt.7

Third Person's POV

That was a precious day.

It was as memorable as a fairytale.

It was a 'worth the laughter' moment.

Yet, fairytales tend to end as we need to go back to reality....

Yerin and Taehyung slept at the sofa bed in their living room together.

Taehyung was even shocked when Yennie's mom allowed him to sleep with her. He is really grateful of the trust given to him by his girlfriend's mom.

Isn't it rare, right?

Whereas for the other three girls, they slept on a comfortable mat prepared by Yerin's mom just near the sofa bed where Tae and Yennie lies.

At first, Tae insisted that he'll be sleeping on the mat. Yet, Sooyoung, Hayoung, and Sojung rushed to the mat and immediately closed their eyes, acting as if they already slept in just no time.

Comfort.

That is what Yennie feels as she sleeps with her Taetae. She really feels secured whenever she's with him. Though doubt is in Taehyung's mind if Yennie is fine with it, the young lady makes him feel that she feels alright.

After series of chitchats, at 1:00 am, they already slept with Taehyung hugging Yerin tightly from her back while Yennie intertwined their hands before they closed their eyes. Taehyung smirked because of Yerin's unexpected and cute gestures.

Time passes by so quickly...

It is 3 a.m.

Taehyung needs to wake up.

Though he didn't sleep enough, he needs to go for the fourth day of their training in Busan.

He slowly remove his hand that is intertwined with Yennie's.

Before leaving, he stared at her face and kissed her forehead. Tae pulled the blanket enough to cover Yennie's body then, left the sofa bed.

"Thank you, eomma. I need to go now. Please tell Yennie not to skip her breakfast and buy snacks ahead," the young boy said to her aunt before leaving the Jung's residence.

6:00 a.m.

"WAKE UP, PEOPLE!" Sojung, the eldest, shouted while blowing on the whistle she intendedly brought to Yennie's house.

Who won't be sleepy-headed after that night?

Yennie woke up. She knows that Tae would be leaving early.

YERIN :

Annyeong Yeobo! I just woke up!

Yerin waited for Taehyung's reply but she thought that maybe he's under his training now. She scratched her back and type in her phone again.

YERIN :

GOOD LUCK FOR TODAY, TAETAE! YOU CAN DO IT! FIGHTING!!!

She turned off her phone then, charged it. She stood up and fixed the sofa bed, went to the kitchen, and ate with her mom and bestfriends.

"Yennie, don't forget to buy snacks ahead..." her mom shouted from the door of their house. "... Taehyung said."

She smiled and waved goodbye to her mom together with her friends.

They are in the bus heading to their school. Yennie can't help but check on her phone, expecting for his replies.
