" Hey mom."

" Yes dear."

"Why do people lie?"

"I don't know son, I don't know."

"Is it because they hate us."

"Sometimes, and other times they are just scared."

"Oh..."

"WELL THEN ILL PROTECT YOU MOM!"

*chuckles "Oh really?"

"YA!!!"

"Ok I'll protect you too buddy, we will be partners in crime"

*Flash forward 10 years*

"TENKO!"

I jolted wide awake from the ruckus down stairs, hoping my mom wasn't going to run up the stairs and beat the crap out of me.

"TENKO IF YOUR NOT UP AND READY IN TEN SECONDS.....uh YOU DONt GET BREAKFAST!!!"

"Oh god that's the worst thing you could threaten, my food." *mumble*

I hopped out of bed and was so fast the only thing my little brother could distinguish was a blur of my face.

"Bro.....?"

" You know she was still going to feed you right."

My feet screeched dead in its tracks and I look at my brother. His face expression was mortified.

*COUgh Cough* "uh bro you good, it looks like a herd of school buses hit you."

"Thanks for the compliment."

I started my run down to the kitchen again. Once I got through the hall way I turned, and there was my glorious plate of eggs and bacon!

I was so hungry, in the end I stepped on a conveniently placed banana peel and face planted into my plate of food that's when hope died.

"Ah! Tenko you finally came down from your room, eat up or your going to be late on your first day."

Instead of picking up my head I desired to just keep my face down in my plate because I know I can only get worse from here.

"Oi, Tenko the hell you?.....doing get up!

I growled and mumbled as I lifted up my head and ate what wasn't on my face. After that I showered got dressed and was off.

Mom is always so worried, she wants me to make new friends at my new high school but all people are just jerks. They are just filled with jealousy so not being associated it best.

I walk down to my bus stop getting stares from the pedestrians, for the amount of snow on me and the lack of wintertime.

The train opened its gates, letting me step on to the vehicle. I sat down in the 3rd row of the train Scooting next to the window to look at the spring weather.

Everyone on the train was crammed. So a kid that looked about my age started to complain loudly about how he hates it here, and he started to fat shame some the kid in front of him.

The boy started to cry he looked like he was in 6th grade. One of the other boys shook him down for his wallet. People on the bus were clearly infuriated but they didn't want to get involved.
