When casting a spell its important to know how to reverse it. But this doesn't mean that you shouldn't be careful because you can reverse it. Once something is done you can remove all the side effects.

After casting the circle and CCE all your objects and yourself you can start. Hold your hand over everything you used during the spell (include ashes if possible. The more you have the better) if you don't have a object the was used then hold your hands out and visualise. Say:
